Vuonna 2007 uusi, tämä ylellinen huoneisto tarjoaa panoraamanäkymät Persianlahdelle - auringonnousut ja auringonlaskut ovat mahtavia. Huoneisto on sisustettu trooppisella teemalla koko tekemällä tästä mukavan retriitin. Tämä huoneisto on gourmet-keittiö ja on ihanteellinen kaikkiin kulinaarisiin tarpeisiisi. Laadukkaat liinavaatteet, rantapyyhkeet, aurinkovarjo, hiekkalelut ja kiikarit ovat vain muutamia lisämukavuuksista. Jos etsit paikkaa rentoutua ja nauttia hienommista asioista elämässä, tämä on oikea paikka sinulle. Meillä on nyt Wifi.

Tarjoamme 3 yön vähimmäisvaatimuksia, paitsi 30. toukokuuta 2020, 15. elokuuta 2020 saakka, mikä on vähintään 7 yötä, lauantaista lauantaihin.

Beautiful place on the quiet side of the beach

We loved our stay here! It’s beautifully decorated, has everything you need, so close to the beach you can see the waves from your bed. Only a few minutes away from all the shops & restaurants but not as busy and crowded. The only cons is the spray off area coming off the beach doesn’t drain and builds up sand so you have to walk back through the sandy sidewalk, and it could use a couple of mats for the inside doors to help catch the sand because the tile floors get sandy. We would definitely stay again!

Beachfront views

Loved the quieter beach area & the condo was lovely. The steps up were easy to climb. Wish there was a dumb waiter available in the stairwells to bring up heavier items. Will keep coming for sure. Thanks

Directly on the beach!

A beautiful unit.

We had a beautiful time and loved the deck with the table and chairs. The view of the ocean is perfect. The unit is a very nice size. Well furnished. The king size bed is very comfortable. Very nice washer and dryer. Kitchen large and very well stocked. The only problem we had was that the silverware drawer had trays glued in and a knife caddy glued in and a knife was jammed so the drawer wouldn't open more than an inch and a half. Eventually I was able to get it unharmed. I moved the knives to the drawer below and problem solved. The neighbors above and next door were very loud 2 nights that we were but the property doesn't own those units so they could only call their management team. Overall I would recommend this place and I would gladly stay again.

Amazing beach front condo!

Everything about this condo was perfect, just as advertised! Away from the really butlsy areas, so beach was less crowded, but only a 5 min drive from all the restaurants, shopping, etc. Perfect for our family of 4. We can't wait to go back.

Very enjoyable

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The beach access made everything so easy. We had an 8 month old with us, so the easy access from the beach to the condo was ideal! I was even able to to see my family play on the beach from the balcony when it was little ones nap time lol. The view was amazing and was far enough from the main strip that its didnt feel too crowded but was close enough to be able to dine and shop pretty much anywhere. We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and easy access to beach. Love the deck with wonderful beach views! Plenty of nice dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. Make sure to bring salt and pepper, coffee, etc. Beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

great location!!

Very clean and super close to the beach. The view was amazing. Not sure if it is because of COVID, but usually when we VRBO there is normally beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, etc). However, a quick trip to Alvin's island remedied this. We would definitely be staying here again!!

Great location and view of beach

Place had a great view and everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The cleanliness of the place was not very good. Light fixtures and fans need dusting and cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen all need a good wipe down. Also all the doors had fingerprints and dirt on them. Baseboards were dirty also. We were overall happy with the place.

Well equipped condo right on the beach perfect for a small family or a few friends/family members

We went to the beach for a "sister's getaway". The three of us enjoyed our stay. The condo had just about everything we could have asked for. The decor is updated and very nice. We called management about a problem we were having with wifi. They looked into it and said they'd get back to us. We ended up figuring it out. Not long after, they called us back to state that someone would be there in the morning to assist. Even though we fixed the problem, we really appreciated getting a follow up call. In addition to the standard items, the owners provided ziplock baggies, clothing detergent, beach towels, aluminum foil and ice for our use. They also provided a very detailed list of helpful hints and "how-tos" for guests. Although it was comfortable for us (3 adults), this condo is about 900 feet so I would not advise it for a large family. We were very pleased with our accommodations and would stay there again if we went back to Pensicola Beach.
