Beach Supplies: Use of the owner’s beach cart and 4 Beach Chairs are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost, or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner. If you want to hit the beach, just ask and we’ll toss in some beach towels too!

Community Amenities: Charcoal grill, elevator, pool, beach access, gym, tennis/pickleball/basketball and shuffleboard courts, coin washer & coin dryer, outdoor dining and fire pit.

Here’s what to expect:
Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.

Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen. That said, although you will have a coffee maker, filters and coffee cups, your favorite coffee blend will likely not be found in the cabinet.

All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.

The Pensacola Beach condo is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches. This makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, public access across the street (beach cart provided), making it the perfect place to stay. This unit is conveniently located near the free Pensacola Beach Trolley stop.

Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement at check-in.
Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.

Important Information:
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old.
NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the property this includes balconies.
No Pets

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.

Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club is in a quiet part of Pensacola Beach. The complex is located on the Sound side and is just a short walk across the street to the Gulf of Mexico.

All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
