Find your home away from home at our family-friendly condo, next door to famous Peg Leg Pete's waterfront restaurant. Directly on the calm soundside beach and just steps from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. Complex has an Olympic sized pool, tennis/pickleball courts, gym, tons of green space and a new dock. Use our fishing poles and tackle box or bring your own to try your luck fishing off the dock. Parking is free - there is even room to park a boat!

Past guests especially loved the cozy, but classy decor, proximity to the beach, safe and quiet complex, cleanliness(!), and the little extras we provide in our home that you don't find in most rental units. We try our best to provide everything our guests need to feel at home!

Our condo is a 2nd and 3rd floor townhome, so do expect some stairs to access the unit - being off the ground provides spectacular water views of Santa Rosa sound from the living room and king bedroom as well as a partial view of the Gulf from the second bedroom. This room also has a toddler bed for children up to 5 years old and 50 pounds as well as shelves stocked with books and games for the family to enjoy.

The new community dock is perfect for fishing or catching a beautiful Florida sunset and is SO CLOSE to our unit (our building is closest to the dock/beach)! You will have your own reserved parking spot (can fit 2 cars) directly below the unit and behind the spot is a perfect little walkway that will take you straight to the dock.

We absolutely love taking kids to the pool in our complex. Unlike other pools on the island, ours is huge (Olympic size) so your kids can spread out and be kids without feeling like they are bothering other guests/residents. Pro tip - our next door neighbor, Peg Leg Pete's restaurant, is fantastic and oftentimes has a very long wait. Lucky for you, you can walk over and put your name on the list, then hang out at the pool or in the condo while you wait! This is a game changer!

While you are probably at the beach to unplug and unwind, we do provide two smart TVs and fast wifi! It is definitely possible to work from home in our little slice of paradise.
