Söpö ja viihtyisä Beach House, täydellinen Beach Getaway!

Mukava, viihtyisä ja puhdas koti, joka sijaitsee lyhyen matkan päässä rannasta. Tämä mökki on lähellä yleistä reittiä, joka johtaa suoraan rantaan. Lyhyt 2 minuutin kävelymatka vie sinut sugery-valkoisiin hiekkarantoihin ja Pensacolan rannan lämpimiin smaragdivesiin. Excellent stay
The owner is a great communicator and the home was immaculate. The walk to the beach was very easy and the beach is gorgeous and not crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Beds were are very comfortable, great water pressure in showers, wraparound porch with grill, and the interior is very nicely decorated. We wish we were there right now!

Everything was just perfect! There’s a walkway directly next to the house that brings you to the beach…like a 3 min walk. Linda, the owner was pleasant to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenience
We all loved this house. It’s the perfect size for a small to medium family. The best part is it truly is just a short walk, 3 mins or less, to the beach. And the beach area seemed less crowded that other areas. We would recommend any one stay here and we’ll definitely be coming back! Side note, was really cool to notice the owners original artwork on the walls!

Perfect home away from home
This home was clean and comfortable, just as described. There was plenty of space for all of us- 4 adults and 3 kids. We appreciated the beach gear - sand toys, chairs, umbrella, and towels. It was a quick walk to the quiet beautiful beach. The wrap around porch was my favorite feature, and grilling out with family will be a lasting memory. The owner is responsive and keeps the property well maintained. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Family Getaway
Well appointed home with very beachy feel. We found it very cozy with adequate furnishings. About a block from the beach with dedicated path on the west side of the house, for easy access. Wraparound deck made for easy entertainment. We had a seafood boil with out of town family, on the deck and the wide open space was absolutely perfect. Kitchen was well stocked, though most things are very dated. Stocked seasonings looked years old and should be replaced or ditched entirely. Slight musty smell from being closed up I’m guessing. But interior was clean and ready to use with no issues. Bathrooms were very dated but clean and adequate. Hosts were lovely. Highly responsive and extremely accommodating. If you’re looking for casual comfort, this is a perfect choice. Location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood. Though on the main drag, road noise was minimal from inside the home.

We had a wonderful time and the house was absolutely beautiful! Linda was great with communication and made our stay very comfortable. It’s location was perfect! Wonderful stay in Pensacola!
Linda’s place is exactly like the pictures! She was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We had our 2 month old so it was nice to have the sidewalk path right next to the house for easy access to the less busy streets for strolling. Easy check in and check out. Beds were VERY comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for College Freshman Drop Off
We enjoyed our family time in a comfortable house just a short walk to the beach. Convenient beach equipment, outdoor shower, great kitchen and bath space and very fun kids room to sleep up to 4 kids. My daughter loved the built in bunk beds. The adults enjoyed coffee on the covered balcony. Price was reasonable and when if we found a problem, the owner was very responsive by text and the problem was resolved very quickly. A little more laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent would have helped us complete our clean up, but we were overall very pleased. Our family had quality time together before dropping off our son for his freshman year of college.

Communication with Linda was quick and easy. The house was fantastic, just as listed, with everything we needed. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach! We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was perfect.
We felt at home. We had everything we needed. With 5 people two rolls of toilet paper didn’t last long but that’s the only thing we ran short of. A lot of puzzles for the little girl. Loved our stay!

Great property! Spacious and super clean inside and lots of room on the wrap around deck outside. The location was ideal, a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to shops and restaurants on Pensacola Beach or a few minutes away in Gulf Breeze.
