Relax in the living room with free high speed Wi Fi, a large flat-screen TV, an Xbox with games, board games, and movie access—a perfect spot for entertaining between beach adventures.

The King Bedroom offers a tub/shower combo, hairdryer, large closet, and roll away twin bed—ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. The Queen Bedroom mirrors this comfort with its own tub/shower combo, hairdryer, closet, and roll away twin bed too. Extra pillows and bedding add that thoughtful touch.
We provide a complimentary starter pack to help you settle in comfortably. This includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a sponge, one dishwasher pod, one laundry detergent, and hotel-sized toiletries. These items are meant to get you started, and for longer stays, you may wish to purchase additional supplies as needed.
Please note that this condo is on the 3rd level of the building so there are some flights of stairs as there is no elevator in this building.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
