Tämä tilava, Persianlahden rannalla sijaitseva huoneisto sijaitsee ainutlaatuisella paikalla yhteisön uima-altaan vieressä ja vain muutaman askeleen pä��ssä rannan dyynistä. Kiinteistövälityspalveluihin kuuluvat graniittikeittiön työtasot, 1 paikka autotallissa, yhteisön uima-allas, yhteisön aurinkoterassi ja oma parveke.

611 Starboard Village, sijainti 1111 Fort Pickens Road, on kaunis paikka vaalia yksityisiä hetkiä rakkaitasi kanssa. Löydä ja nauti rauhallisessa ympäristössä, saa inspiraatiota liputtavista valtamereistä ja pysy lähellä historiallista nähtävyyttä, Fort Pickens. When entering no light switches worked, had to have maintenance fix kitchen light to turn on. Horrible smell coming from garbage disposal which didn’t work, went to load dishwasher already full from previous renters. Unit was not clean. Vent in family room look like black mold.

Love the location and size of this property. The beach was never crowded, even though it was a busy time of year. The only downside was that the air conditioner never dropped below 74 degrees. It was comfortable for the most part but we all would have slept better if it were a little cooler. Ceiling fans would be a nice upgrade!This is a roomy, comfortable condo. Our family of 7 had plenty of space.

Great Spot For Any Beach Lover

We enjoyed the location and size of the apartment. Right on the beach (Gulf) and the pool was a bonus. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay again!

Property needs a deep clean— vents, baseboards etc. Vertical blinds in one bedroom are broken and rigged by using broken verticals upside down to repair.Keyless entry would be so much more efficient.3 almost full TP rolls and1 roll of paper towel barely got us started. Also 2 dishwasher pods wasnt near enough

We love starboard

The starboard village is a nice place to stay. We love the location. The condos are so convenient to the beach and not a far drive from the boardwalk.We will definitely continue to try to stay at starboard in the future. We have stayed there in the past. I was disappointed with check-in process that we had to pick up a key, which was in our envelope. The envelope did not contain our parking pass. So we did have to message about getting one of those so that we didn’t get towed. We were told that they would drop one off the next day, but they didn’t and we had to ask again when they would drop this off. They made it sound like it wasn’t a huge deal at this time of year, however, that didn’t make us feel any less comfortable about our vehicle, possibly being towed. We did inquire about early access, which is of course not guaranteed but was told that we could get in early, then because the guests were staying longer that changed, which is understandable. We were then told that we would be still allowed to get in a little early and that we would be notified when this would be accessible, but was not notified at all once the cleaning crew finally left. Overall, the facility was nice, I have stayed in other condos at starboard where they have had beach chairs, etc., for you to use on the beach and this one did not. We had to rent from a third-party for the week. So that was an additional cost. These are things I will look at in the future when returning.

Great location with easy beach access

Overall a very pleasant trip. HOA is very strict and watch the kids very closely to make sure they follow all rules. If you family is like mine and like hearding cats you might have complaints.

Accommodating, Comfortable, Location & Great Staff!

Instructions when we arrived were clear & simple. Liked the fact we had a garage and parking space. Appreciated the large supple of dishes, kitchen utensils (& coffee filters), plenty of bathroom towels, extra garbage bags, etc…I love being able to do multiple loads of wash throughout the week… This was a comfortable condo! Master bedroom was huge, bed was very comfortable! Very spacious & family could retreat to their own spaces! Furniture was comfortable & clean. Location was perfect! Your decks overlook the waves!(bottom level doesn’t get the full effect because of the sand dunes but, we could still see the ocean and waves) It was an easy walk to the beach. You are far enough away from the boardwalk but, close enough to walk if desired! Great staff! Communicated well, responded to requests. The maintenance gentleman seemed to give his whole heart to making the facility as comfortable as possible! Customer service is a lost art these days, however, this rental has mastered it….so thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

Great place to stay

This was a great condo. It was next to the pool and short distance to the beach. We had a couple minor issues through our stay and they responded quickly both times. The master bed was soft, although I'm used to a harder bed I still slept very well. I was told the other beds were similar. I am used to renting condos with keypad entry. This used physical keys. You do have to go to their location to pick up and drop off, but that was within a 6 min drive.

Minutes from the Boardwalk/Restaurants, just steps from the beach and easy access being first floor. Trade off is less Gulf view because of the sand dunes, higher floors have complete view of Gulf.

Relaxing, Comfortable and great location

I took my family to stay over Spring Break. Total it was 5 adults. My 3 boy are 18-24. Everybody had room with 3 full bathrooms, but the bunk beds were small for the 6 foot + men in our group. The beach was right beyond the sand hills and was great to have a full view of the gulf from either of the 2 balconies. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and even a 13x9 inch pan to be able to cook. It was nice to have the items that the previous guests left to be able to use (like coffee filters and even a couple of books to be able to read). Thank you for a relaxing space to spend time with the family.

Awesome, relaxing, comfortable, stress free

I took my family to stay over Christmas week. Total it was 8 adults. My 4 kids are 18-27,plus 2 girlfriends. Everybody had room, 3 full bathrooms was plenty. The beach was right there, the sun was just out the balcony. Easy eats near by. The hosts were better communicators than me, had everything arranged, stress free. I really had a good time.
