We spent a long weekend at the Portofino resort. Loved the location. We were in tower 3, which has an excellent access to the beach, Our unit was very clean with a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Enjoyed having coffee and watching sunrise out there. Jonathan was always available for any questions we had. Highly recommend the property and the unit.

Best vacation!

Definitely one of the best vacations we have been on! This condo is absolutely beautiful and filled all of our needs. The view was unreal, it was luxurious to say the least! Not to mention the resort has a package you can get for a very low price which provides AMAZING activities. If you’re looking for a perfect condo and perfect resort don’t look further than this one!

Beautiful views!

The grounds were immaculate. Loved the guarded gate. Really liked that this unit had two bedrooms with king beds facing the ocean. We enjoyed our stay here. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful Condo!

The properly is sprawling and very well maintained. Housed on this property is five towers of condos. There is a security gate that checks each and every vehicle that enters. The check in process was fast and easy. We were supplied with a map of the property which helped us to navigate easily. As we would enter our tower (Tower 3), there was always a fresh smell of cleaner. The garage of the tower is covered, so that makes unloading items nice. Upon entering the condo, there is a sprawling beautiful view of the ocean! The kitchen is spacious and opens up to the living room. There is a half bath to the right when entering the condo. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo, each with their own full bathroom and views of the ocean. The condo was clean, spacious and perfectly located for us! We did not want to stay directly in the middle of all the action, but this was literally only a mile or two away from the center of the boardwalk. The host, Jonathan, was great at texting me prior to coming, while we were at the condo and also when we departed. I will definitely be back to stay in this condo!!!

The unit has an amazing view. Unit was well equipped and beautifully decorated. Very clean. We celebrated our parents 60th anniversary with a total of 4 units. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. I would rent my unit again.

Great Beach Vacation

This was our forth stay at Portofino and it never disappoints. The space was clean, communication level was perfect- the appropriate number of messages with the right amount of details. Beach view? Prepare to watch the sunrise over the beach & peninsula. Access and proximity to the beach and pools is perfect- not far to the beach at all with a great pedestrian crossing. Amenities- the restaurants are great as well as the shops and spa. Arrival and departure is simple and there were no odd owner requests or special instructions. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a beach spot with all the right perks.

Great place small issues need to be resolved

Overall, this is a great spot. You get charged a daily fee to use the facilities, but if you use them, money well spent. Two issues which must be addressed; 1. there is no luggage rack in the property (minor issue I know but for me the first time this has happened to me) and 2. The cleaning crew had not changed the A/C filter in quite some time and it was obvious. The luggage rack is not on the maintenance people so this message is for the owner. The A/C filter was changed immediately. Also, there were dishes in the dishwasher, clean dishes, just not placed in the cabinets. This too was addressed immediately.

Pensacola Paradise 😎

Condo was fabulous and just as depicted. View was breathtaking! Easy access to the tower pool and beach as well. Our dishwasher contained dirty dishes (someone had just forgotten to run it) and we were missing a bar of soap, but both issues were easily addressed. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
