My family and I stayed in August of 2024; It was my wife and I and our daughters (21, 18, 16 and 12).
The property was beautiful, and the conveniences of the fitness center, market and all of the pools onsite were great. The beach was right next to the property across the road, but safe crossing and easy access. The beach was never too packed and I love how the property is at the end of the island so the traffic is very light. The beach was great for swimming and walks and fun to hunt for crabs at night. Great marine life to see and snorkeling right off the beach.
I loved being just 2-3 miles from all of the great restaurants on Pensacola Beach as well. The home itself was beautiful and very spacious for our family. Great kitchen area, open living space we could all gather in and the girls had their own space and bathrooms and the outside deck was a 10/10 for views and space and furniture. The property owner was amazing with communication and flexibility with our travel plans and very quick to respond to anything. The only issues we had were dirty garbages and left over drink cans from the cleaning crew or previous renters when we arrived. There was some construction noise and strong smells with the construction work a couple of the nights and a few bugs that we dealt with mid-week.
