  • Latitude Adjustment is the perfect family-friendly beach home and offers everything you need for your Florida getaway. This spacious over 2800 living sq ft beach home features 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms comfortably sleeping and dining up to 16 guests. Centrally located on Pensacola Beach, Latitude Adjustment is just a short 2 block stroll away from the Gulf of America, and only .4 miles away from Via DeLuna Dr. shops and restaurants such as The Reef, Native Cafe, and Cafe Bistro. Latitude Adjustment features views of both the Santa Rosa Sound, and the Gulf of America.

    This home offers a large circular driveway with ample parking for easy access from both Via De Luna Dr. and Avenida 12. The location is ideal for large groups with ease of access for your group's vehicles. The 2nd floor of 3 floors total features a wraparound deck, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cold drink. Guests can choose from a variety of sleeping arrangements including one king size bed, three queen size beds, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, 1 trundle bed of 2 singles, and 2 sofa sleepers.

    The master bedroom includes access to a private balcony and a spa-grade whirlpool bathtub in the master bathroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils for the chef(s) in your group.

    Planning a visit during the Blue Angels Airshow? This home is situated in part of the Blue Angels flight pattern, allowing you to watch the planes bank directly from the balcony.

    We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from June 5th, 2027 through August 14, 2027, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions can be made based on availability.

    Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As great as the house was (exactly or better than advertised), I'll use this opportunity to tout the team at Pensacola Beach Rentals, Inc. They made everything so easy which is a relief considering that's what you're on vacation to find. After checkout and after we all left, someone in our group left an item and the staff drove right over to look for it. They go above and beyond. Thanks all

Can’t think of any reason not to stay with your family or friends here!! A great choice for bigger groups and just a few minutes walk to a great beach! Would stay here again!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

My family stayed here for my son's graduation from UWF, and we could not have been happier. Check in was easy, the house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was PERFECT! The kitchen was well stocked, and we had an amazing stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

Great place to stay in Pensacola Beach!

Our family had a great time staying at this home! The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach and easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The home itself was spacious with an open layout and fit our entire group comfortably.

The Perfect Getaway

This place was so accommodating for our large crowd! It was clean and spacious and the check in staff were very helpful. A short walk to the lovely white sand beach and a few shops and restaurants made it perfect for young adults and teens.

Overall a very nice, well maintained property. While traffic on Via De Luna can be noisy during the day while sitting on the balcony, the inside is well insulated from all but the noisiest of vehicles. Access to the beach is very good and within a 5 minute walk from the property.

The property management company was quick to fix what they could. The living room furniture needs to be updated as it is aged and not supportive. Some of the deck furniture is also damaged or rotted.
