This condo is in the K building of the Villas on the Gulf Complex (requires stairs). Villas on the Gulf is one of Pensacola Beach's most affordable and easiest beachside communities. It features a paved and boardwalk approach to the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico complete with an outdoor shower, a community pool, and well maintained fresh water lagoons where ducks, fish, and turtles are regularly seen. It is closely located (1 mile) to Pensacola Beach's many dining and entertainment options to round a perfect vacation.

Pensacola Beach is known for its sugar white sand, turquoise waters and amazing beach culture! Bars and restaurants are less than 5 mins away and keep an eye out for the occasional Navy Blue Angels flyover!

Clean, comfortable, and great location

Condo was very comfortable. Very close to Pensacola Trolley line, which was very convenient (and free!). Downsides include no elevator, no beach chairs and dishwasher didnt work so i had to handwash all our dishes. Shower was nice (great water pressure). Very very close to beach.

Nice place for the money

Our stay was great for the price we paid. The unit was in good shape but needed a little work. Several light bulbs were blown. The fridge has rust spots on the door. Batteries dead in one of the remotes. Mold in the corner of the shower and on the shower head along with the previous renters pubic hairs on the toilet and in the shower . I think the cleaning company is scamming the owners but overall I got a good deal so I cannot complain to bad. I would stay agaon for the price but would not pay premium rates for this unit.

Dirty,Dated,Thrift Store Homie, The Good,Bad,and Ugly

Great view, ok place, great access to the beach. Check in great easy. The bad, whatever cleaning service the property management uses needs to be replaced. The bed sheets dirty and had to be rewashed hairs and dirt. The shower was filthy we hair. The couches had dirt head grease stains and the kitchen appliances looked as if bought from a thrift store. I let the property management know with pics and they were complacent as if well we have your money and oh well..

Love Pensacola!

This property is quaint and very nice. We really loved the location and being just far enough out of town to be away from the hustle and bustle. Property and amenities are as described but this unit is in dire need of an update with exception of the flooring, counter tops and shower. We would definitely stay here again but would prefer the updates.

Overall stay very good with few minor issues

Location was excellent, just steps from beach. We had a plumbing issue that was very inconvenient but addressed fairly quickly. Housekeeping needs to clean floors better. Sand is expected but your feet were black within minutes in socks or bare feet. Sliding balcony door needs a new handle. It was poorly repaired and felt like we were breaking the door handle every time we opened it.TV needs better WiFi/ internet connection. Other than these minor things our overall stay was excellent and would return with hopes that these minor things might be fixed.

Winter get away for two

The view, the short walkway to the ocean and the fairly quiet sandy beach was great. A few miles from downtown Pensacola Beach. The condo had everything we needed (except an elevator to the 2nd floor!). The private balcony was perfect for my morning coffee, listening to the waves and looking for dolphins.

Great place to stay!

Great location. Close to the beach and close to restaurants, shopping etc. Very helpful staff that acted promptly when a fire alarm began beeping due to an old battery. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The location is great. You can easily walk to the beach. Easy parking. The condo itself is nice albeit the washer/dryer and refrigerator are very old and need updating. It’s decorated cute with beach theme. Our only big issue was the cleanliness upon arrival. The cleaning company definitely dropped the ball. The host was responsive to this however and made things right. Overall a great stay!

Easy walk to the beach

Checked in on Saturday and out on Thursday. We got our exercise by climbing the two flights of stairs! Lol. No elevator. Nice decor in the condo. Comfortable king sized bed. The air does not cool below 76 degrees. Awesome view of the ocean from the balcony. The smoke alarm scared the crap out of us during the night when it alarmed. No smoke or fire though.
