Tranquility is a thoughtfully designed beach retreat in the heart of Pensacola Beach, perfect for multi-family vacations, retreats, or reunions. This spacious home comfortably blends open concept living with private bedroom zones across three floors, enhanced by an elevator for easy access. The main level features a large kitchen, dining area, and living room surrounded by five bedrooms—two queen suites, a king master suite, a bunk room with two full beds and a trundle, and an additional king bedroom. Upstairs you'll find a queen bunk room with a trundle and another king suite. New for 2025, the ground floor has been transformed into a vibrant hangout space with two lounging areas, flat-screen TVs, a ping pong table, foosball, kitchenette, extra fridge, and six queen bunk beds, available for use at $40 per bed for the duration of your stay.

Step outside to your private oasis, complete with a 12x26 pool, lounge furniture, and fenced-in yard. A gated walkway leads directly to the Gulf, just 100 yards away. Enjoy multiple decks, a beautifully landscaped front yard, and beach gear included for guest use. The home’s thoughtful layout and proximity to the sand make it a top choice for large group getaways.

Booking Details:
* Pool heating available: $55/day
Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.
