Tämä hiljattain sisustettu 2 makuuhuoneen kaupunkitalo sijaitsee valkoisilla hiekkarannoilla Navarre Beachissä, Florida. Tule nauttimaan Sugar Beachin Persianlahden edessä sijaitsevan rento ja hiljainen ilmapiiri. Lämmitetty uima-allas (uusittu vuonna 2018) sijaitsee suoraan yksikkömme vastapäätä, ja sieltä on helppo pääsy yksityiselle rannalle. Rantatarpeet tyydytetään lisämukavuuksilla, kuten rantapyyhkeet, rantatuolit ja sateenvarjo. Yksikkömme tarjoaa myös mahdollisuuden meloa tai kajakin vuokrausta pyyntöä kohti. Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone, jossa pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, kaapeli-TV ja uudet lakanat mukavuuden varmistamiseksi. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on näköala uima-altaalle, kun taas toisessa on osittainen merinäköala. Alemmalla tasolla löydät mukavan asuintilan, jossa vuodesohva ja DVD-soitin, ruokailutila, täysin varustettu keittiö ja puoli kylpy. Nauti kaikista kodin mukavuuksista ilmaisella WIFI-kaapelilla, peleillä, kirjoilla ja elokuvilla. Hotellissa on myös oma patio, jossa pöytä ja tuolit, hiiligrilli, ulkosuihku ja kaksi parkkipaikkaa suoraan yksikön edessä. Meillä on kaikki valmiina rentouttavalle rannalle lomallesi!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was a townhome with a full bathroom ans 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full kitchen half bath dining room and living room. One of the bedrooms was a definitely a fan favorite for my 4 yr old as the closet had been turned into a childrens nook with toys books and seatinc area. He loved it. There was beach toys and boogie boards for us in the storage area on the back patio. Our host Amy was always very quick to respond anytime i had a question or was passing info along. The pool wasnt heated while we were there but we didnt mind. The location waa very family friendly. Not packed, very quiet, and not touristy which was nice and relaxing. We did noticed some cleaing could be better. Under the beds were super dusty, and the fans werent wiped down. The baseboards could use some cleaning as well but we would definitely stay here again.

The pool is NOT HEATED as described. The pool was very cold and I inquired about them putting the heater on and nothing was done. Everything else was good. The room could have used better cleaning but they did have everything needed for our stay.

We stayed at this condo in May for our youngest daughter’s graduation requested destination. The condo is located in a perfect area right on the beach, very clean and quiet. Very much enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

We lucked up and got this property a few days prior to our trip. Navarre beach is our favorite. This location is perfect. The price is amazing bc you are on the beach you are just not facing the beach. You can see the water from the upstairs bedroom though. The great thing was in a few minutes walk through the parking lot you were on the beach. The fishing pier and restaurants were not even a half mile walk. Souvenir shop next day in case you forgot anything. It’s really a spacious unit. We had 6 people and we had plenty of room. They have an outside shower to wash the sand off which was really convenient. They even had sand toys and boogie boards to use. They had salt and pepper which is something we usually forget on trips. The house has a bunch of things that make the stay better. This is our new go to from now on.

Amazing Get Away

The property was perfect. Apartment was nice and fully stocked. Owner was easily available. Pool was heated and amazing. Short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect for us and we will definitely be back!

Great location but a disappointing experience

We chose this property specifically because it was close to the beach and had a heated pool. It was Christmas when we stayed and my kid was really looking forward to swimming. However, the pool was NOT heated as the listing stated. So we were unable to use the pool facility. The property its self was a great set up, decorated nice, and relatively clean at first glance. The beds were so comfy and they had toys and books set up in a little book for kids. Very cute! However, the refrigerator water had black mold coming out and dangling out of the external water and ice maker. We ended up having to get bottled water because it was so gross. I also spent over an hour cleaning the coffee maker. It had about an inch of mold inside the part where you put water, I had to scrub inside and dig out hand fulls of mold. Then it took running vinagre and hot water through it over 20 times to finally get clean water with no mold floating around in the pot. It really need a good DEEP clean and a check list for appliances and dishes to ensure thing are getting clean between clients. We are typically pretty easy to please and stay at a bunch of 2 star hotels, it takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but this was pretty disappointing. I will say they did let us check in early so that was nice at least.

Outdated Property, Needs Upgrades and Better A/C

The location was good however I felt the unit was very out-dated and had it's quirks. For example, the water selections were backwards, the toilet seat was not properly adhered to the toilet bowl, etc. We had an issue with the AC keeping it cool, it would not keep up throughout the day and would get extremely warm during dinner time. I reached out to the host and minimal actions were taken to address the temperature, and were offered fans and air filter replacement. The main burner of the stove was not working, this was a known issue.

Cute townhouse close to the beach

We enjoyed our Navarre vacation! Thank you for sharing your little get away! The condo was the perfect size for our family. The host was great about responding and she was willing to help fix things quickly. It was a very short walk to the beach. My only suggestion is for the master bedroom. I am used to a softer bed the master bed was very hard. Maybe get a soft pillow top cover to put over the mattress for guests that may want a softer bed. Overall we had a great trip and would stay at the cute condo again !😊

IDEAL LOCATION FOR A GREAT PRICE!

•Easy to find.. easy to follow check in instructions. •Very clean property. •Much prettier in person than pictures. • Very “homey”- extra essentials such as laundry detergent, shampoo conditioner, lotion, coffee, spices, beach chairs & umbrella noted which came in handy! • Clear instructions on check out/ what’s expected. • responsive home owner- I messaged her a few times regarding a pool code and status of the property and she responded quickly. • water hose out on porch to spray shoes/ equipment off with was very handy. • It is a townhome. However, did not hear a word from neighbors our whole stay. • my favorite part was the location for the price— it’s within walking distance of the fishing pier and Andy’s Beachhouse restaurant. 10/10 recommend.

Last minute vacation

Everything about this property was perfect!! It's location to the beach was so convenient and the area had many food and entertainment options. The downstairs was the perfect area for family time like meals and games, and upstairs was a great way to separate from the kids and give them their space while we had our own comfortable room!! I look forward to booking again hopefully in the summer!!

Such a wonderful stay!

The property was exactly as pictured!!! It was so nice having everything we needed plus more! We felt so comfortable with our stay! The best part was that the beach was a few hundred feet away! We spent a lot of time there and it was nice that everything we needed for the beach was right there! The house was clean and well stocked. The development was quiet and clean. My youngest son and I took a walk every day and it was so nice because we met a lot of local people and were able to walk to places like the coffee shop, pier, Windjammers, and the Turtle Conservatory. We spent days in both Destin and Pensacola and both were great! Navarre Beach is a great location between both with much to do in between the two areas! Beaches were fantastic and so was shell collecting! I would 10/10 recommend this for a family!

Great long weekend!

This is our first time at Navarre. We really enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and perfect for us. They just put in a new shower, the listing states there’s a jetted tub — there’s no longer a bathtub. Not a big deal to us. We were looking forward to the heated pool as listed but it isn’t heated until March! All in all we had a great stay and look forward to coming back to Navarre!!

Nice!

The property was clean and nice! The pool was a very short walk away and clean. The beach access was just a short walk from the unit and amazing! The unit had the basic necessities you might need if you planned to use the kitchen. The Gulf waters are gorgeous! There were jellyfish our last day but can’t control nature 🤷‍♀️ They were amazing to see though! As well as the dolphins 🐬 in the distance! We did notice a leak stain on the ceiling above where the tub is upstairs and it does appear that floor under the tub may have some issues (my husband does that kind of work for a living). But overall we would definitely come back!

This was the perfect place for us to go for a week away, very little stress with the surroundings and we LOVED the location. The pool, the beach for a couple minutes walk away, and the secluded area in general made this an extremely peaceful stay! We plan to come back!
