  • Ihana kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyammeen Persianlahden edessä huoneisto, jossa uima-allas ja tenniskenttä Regency Towers # 204 East.

    Paradise Beach Homes hallinnoi ammattimaisesti Regency Towers # 204 E: tä.

    Tämä 2. kerroksen yksikkö on suoraan Persianlahden näkymät olohuone ja makuuhuone. Olohuoneessa on mukavat huonekalut ja pääsy Persianlahden edessä olevalle parvekkeelle. Makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täyttä vuodetta, TV ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja aulassa on kylpyamme, jossa on amme / suihku.

    Ilmainen langaton internetyhteys tarjotaan vieraiden nautintoa varten. Hotellissa on uima-allas ulkona, yhteisön pesutupa, hissi ja tenniskenttä. Viihde, ruokailu ja ostokset ovat vain lyhyen matkan päässä.

    HOA-määräysten takia kaksi autoa maksimi per varaus.

The room is okay, could have been cleaner and more updated. No washer and dryer in room or on site was a bit of trouble, they only left a few towels and washclothes for 5 nights. The location and view were great. The pool and quick elevators were great too and close to the walkover. Would be better if had a door code instead of keys, door was hard to lock/unlock.

Great place to enjoy the beach!

This is a wonderful condo. We loved that it was only on the second floor. We are literally steps away from the beach! The pool is wonderful and the complex is older but very well kept.

Get Away to Pensacola Beach

My sister and I spent a week at this condo.We enjoyed the view of the Gulf. The sand was so white and the water emerald in colour.The condo is as described.We played pickleball on the courts, sat and walked on the beach and enjoyed the sunshine.Except for the weekend, it was easy to get around by car.We recommend this gulf side rental.

The property is ver nice and clean. Pool is great. I loved the condo, the only draw back was no laundry in our unit. The door was always locked to the laundry room and I was so busy I did not call anyone. But, it is a beautiful place !!

Our only complaint is the the unit sleeps 6 but you only get two parking passes and you’re not told that up front. Our third couple had to get a room elsewhere due to not wanting to risk being towed or breaking the rules.

The unit is always clean and the floor plan works perfectly for our family. Access to the beach is perfect. The condo is just far away from all the action so it is quiet, but close enough to be handy. Paradise is a great property management company and easy to deal with.

Cons: not enough toilet paper or ease of buying more (only two rolls provided per the mgmt co!), no laundry room though one was advertised, no access to beach from property (had to go through parking lot of condos next door due to walkway being closed with no advance notice)
