Please note:
- The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older.
- Occupancy must remain within the maximum guest limit. No parties or unauthorized guests are permitted, as this may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all cigarette waste must be properly disposed of before departure.
- Feminine products and wet wipes should not be flushed to avoid plumbing issues and possible additional charges.
- Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
- Parking is limited to the driveway only. Please do not park on the grass.
- Please note that the shower faucet is reversed. To get hot water, you’ll need to turn it towards the “off” position.
- Trash pickup is on Fridays. All trash must be securely bagged and tied prior to placing in the bins.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
- After booking, you will receive a link to complete the required check-in form and rental agreement to finalize your reservation.

East Hill is very walkable to get to parks, coffee, bars, and restaurants. There are also rentable scooters nearby. Getting downtown, beaches, or anywhere else, we recommend a rideshare service.
