Tämä on yksi pienimmistä komplekseista kauniilla Okaloosa-saarella, joten jos etsit viihtyisää ja hiljaista paikkaa, tämä paikka on aivan täydellinen sinulle! Vain 3 asuntoa jokaisessa kerroksessa, tämä kompleksi ei koskaan tule liian täyteen, uima-altaan alueella on aina tarpeeksi tilaa kaikille ja ranta tuntuu yksityisemmältä kuin koskaan! Kiinteistössä on myös grillausmahdollisuus ja uima-altaan uima-allas lämmitetään talvella.
    Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee 2. kerroksessa ja tarjoaa laajat näkymät kauniille sokerinvalkoiselle rannikolle. Kun kävelet ulos rannan edessä olevalla parvekkeella, näkymät vievät hengityksen! Ei esteitä, ei sivukuvia - tämä on SUORA RANNAN ETU!
    Huoneistossa on mukava kokoinen täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on kaikki astiat ja ruokailuvälineet. Laitteessa on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu pesutarpeitasi varten. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ovat vain täydellinen paikka rentoutua aurinkoisen päivän jälkeen rannalla tai voit vain oleskella olohuoneessa ja ylpeillä smaragdinrannikon kauneudella.
    Pysäköinti on suoraan kiinteistön edessä, pysäköinnistä ei peritä maksua.

The location of the condo was fabulous and we loved having only a few units on each floor of the building. The grounds were well maintained and quiet, the beach service was definitely appreciated. The unit itself could have used a few updates in decor and bedding; the master bed was very uncomfortable due to the mattress.

The place was very clean and well kept except for a wad of hair in the bed which was s bit gross but I realize you cannot get everything perfect. We loved the views and beach was great. I really liked the gated parking area, great having a washer/dryer. Pool was very cold, no way it was heated at the time of our visit. Overall we really enjoyed the place.

Dune Point Ft Walton

It was a great Condo! The location and size was perfect for our family! It was right on the beach making it easy acces with a walkeay to get there. Also a little convenient store close by. Best place we stayed at so far!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, we arrived right at check-in time. We get there and the condo was not even clean yet. One of the cleaning crew told me they were still cleaning, we had to wait an hour after check-in time before they were even done. If I’m told a check-in time, I expect to be able to check-in at that time. Then after we were able to check in, we immediately noticed one of the chairs were broken at the kitchen table. On the second night there, we were sitting on the balcony and heard a loud crash. We went to investigate what caused the noise and the shelf in the laundry room had collapsed. It’s obvious this company does not maintain their properties very well and also can’t have the properties cleaned and ready in time for check-in. We will not be booking with this company again.

If you have a Gate with a code to get on the property then you don't need a code on the pool bathroom door. If you want it coded, please make it match the other codes. Having to remember 4 different codes for a short stay is annoying! Everything else with the condo was very relaxing.

If we are able we would certainly revisit this, or any other of the units there. Parking is now gated and the grounds are well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and so is the beach. You may want to bring some extra coat hangers, as there were few in our closet. Overall I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back in the future.7

Summer Vacay part 2

Reviewer Comments: We sent 4 nights in another property managed by Brooks and Shorey, but at the last minute, we decided to extend our stay, the unit we spent the 1st part was already booked so they had Dune point available, so, we took it. The people were very accommodating, they even called me and informed me that we had left a bag of brand-new gifts from the local gift shop and it was waiting for us in the new unit when we checked in (that is almost unheard of in these days). The unit was very nice and decorated very beachy, which I love. It had everything that you would need for a nice vacation. We will definitely go back. The beach was really scary as people were not adhering to the red flag warnings, so we spent a lot of time in the pool, which was very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do love Dune Pointe! Our family has been vacationing here for about 20 years and I still love it but it needs some serious TLC. When we walk out of the room, the overhead has concrete missing and rebar showing. I Hope there will be structural repairs done. Also,this was the first time we’ve encountered other guests acting inappropriately. The “family atmosphere” is one reason I love it here. As always, room was very clean and comfortable but could use some updates on the decor. Not giving up on my favorite place to stay at the beach, however, changes need to be made.
