We initially had a hard time finding the correct building, but I called the host and got immediate feedback. The property was immaculate and extremely well-stocked! The beach service was phenomenal and greatly appreciated! This property also included one free admission to a dolphin excursion which was amazing! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!!

We were very satisfied with our stay here. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There are plenty of amenities and lots of extra electrical plug ins which also added to convenience. That’s a definite plus for me. Easy beach and pool access with outside bathrooms close to both. Would definitely stay here again anytime! Highly recommend!

The view was great. Could use some updating. Bed is very uncomfortable and the shower gets warm but not hot like most showers. Other than that it was decent for what we needed.

We came from IL. I messaged the host to see about parking passes because i forgot mine. Never got a message back. I did get ahold of travel person who got us parking passes. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Great location. It is a smaller condo. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and it was pretty crowded. Elevator quit working had to call it in and it didnt get fixed till the next day. The kitchen light didnt work. But over all the place got the job done and had a great view!

Condo was exactly as expected. Loved the bar stools on the balcony as opposed to the normal table. Very clean.

Excellent All Around!

Check-in was very easy. Upon arrival, our unit was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The property manager was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We have recommended this to all of our friends and family!

BEACH TIME

The condo was nice...could use some updating...and tile floors could use a cleaning...other than that...was very relaxing and LOVED being right on the beach...Also put balcony to good use. Will be back for sure.

Nice place

It was a very nice property. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud at times, but it didnt effect my stay much at all. The Bed was to firm for me but the recliner was nice to sleep in. I would go back.

It was clean,well equipped with everything the view was great and we enjoyed it a lot. Hannah and the people at Brooks and Shorey Resort were very nice. Property had just what I was looking for, directly on the beach, balcony with beach view , easy access to the beach, Bed in bedroom was very comfortable Condo was very nice, small disappointment the pool is on the street side in pictures it made me feel like it was beach side, only down fall was bunk bed mattress need to be replaced my grands said they were like sleeping on the floor thank goodness for the pull out sofa bed Grandson was able to sleep on it and we were able to double up the mattress on bunk to make it comfortable for granddaughter,

Enjoyed the complimentary beach umbrella and chairs. Also enjoyed one complimentary sunset cruise. Only issue was the WIFI and cable went in and out several times on our first few days. Brooks & Shorey were responsive if we needed them.

Free beach service is so convenient. 4003 is a beautiful 1 bedroom unit with 1 large bathroom. We loved the roomy floor plan. Furniture in the living area is very nice and comfortable. We loved the balcony furniture. There is abundant storage available. The bunks in the hallway are not comfortable, thin and very hard. King bed in master is firm but comfortable. Booking is always simple and everyone is very helpful at Brooks & Shorey. I’ve used them for years.
