Amazing area! Great condo furnished with lots of extras to use at the beach. The owners were quick to reply and correct a concern we had. The condo is great with amazing views. Honestly, the owners had the best communication we have ever had, sending a welcome letter to explain everything about their condo and the area. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed multiple walks to the pier and on the pier.

First time in Navarre

We really enjoyed our stay at 11C! Everyone wished we had booked more nights/a longer stay. The bathrooms were updated and nice. The wood look tile floor was great and made sweeping up any sand easy. The kitchen was well appointed and had more than we need. The independent ice maker was nice although it scared me when it went through a clean or defrost cycle as it was really loud and vibrated the kitchen and master. It was only once during our stay so no big deal. The views and beach were awesome and we really appreciated that we already had two chairs and an umbrella with the rental company included. There were many books and games that we could enjoy if needed. Also some extra beach chairs/toys so we didn’t need to bring our own. We would definitely rent again if we came back to Navarre Beach.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed a family vacation on the beach and this property was ideal! The location, direct access to the beach, ease of secure parking, the layout of the condo, and the amazing balcony made it the perfect place for our family to spread out and enjoy. We also really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and that beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. were all provided. The hosts were so lovely to communicate and work with and provided an especially thoughtful gesture for one of our family members who was celebrating a birthday. Highly recommend!!

We’ve found our favorite!

We’ve stayed in several condos in Beach Colony East and this is the most well equipped with extras. It was so nice to have all the beach gear including the daily beach chairs. We also appreciated the well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. This condo was clean, well decorated and comfortable. We have found a condo that we want to return to each year.

Outstanding Rental at Navarre Beach

What an amazing view from the living room, master bedroom and balcony! The sound of the waves from the 11th floor was wonderful. We greatly appreciated all the beach gear supplied by the owners - plenty of chairs, and additional large umbrella, boogie boards, toys, a good-sized cooler and beach towels. Having all of that supplied cinched the deal for us. The large icemaker adjacent to the fridge was great for loading the ice chest. Kitchen was very well stocked - we even had a hand mixer and large crock pot. Never had to wait to use charcoal grills downstairs (tip - use plenty of charcoal when it's windy). The 7 of us liked the large couch and dining room table, plus the large picnic table on the balcony. We ate out there frequently. What a treat! Walked to the pier at dusk to watch people fishing. From the pier, we saw sea life coming around to see what they could nab. There were sea turtles, a large dolphin, and large sting ray hanging out along the bottom. We had a very comfortable stay and will be back if we can.

Lovely condo with a beautiful view

The condo was really lovely and was well stocked. The balcony was huge and the view was fantastic. We loved the huge pool at the complex. It was a pleasure working with the owners Loree and Joe Horton. They were very friendly and very easy to work with. We had one little minor issue with the master bedroom shower not draining properly on the first night there, but as soon as we contacted Loree and Joe, they immediately came over to the condo and took care of the problem. Even followed up with a visit from a plumber to ensure all was working properly. This was our first trip to Navarre Beach and we truly enjoyed our time at the condo and Navarre Beach as a whole. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Joe and Loree for sharing your lovely condo with us.

Family vacation

The condo came with anything a person could want. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand chairs, beach towels and beach chairs. There was a big beach wagon, ice machine and cooler. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great.

Nice unit, good location, great pool!

The view is great! The condo is big enough for 7-8 adults. The location is good, close to most things you'll need. The shared pool is great -- probably the biggest we've ever encountered at beachfront condo complexes. Its size helps make visiting the pool (after the beach or in the evening) more attractive, as there is ample room for everyone. Being here for July 4th was great: evening fireworks at the nearby pier and a few launched by patriotic beach-goers!

Great View, Awesome Place, just needs some updates

We had a great time at this property and was there for a full week. The view is absolutely amazing, and is the reason we keep coming back to this area, as well as the Pensacola area in general. Overall our experience was a positive one and would hope the owners take to heart the items below- as that would make your property even better! Thanks for the great trip. PROS - The view! It's awesome. And something that was hard to leave. - Kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed for a week stay. - Location on the beach was great, and it's pretty close to restaurants, stores and other conveniences. - Under counter ice machine is a great addition to the kitchen - Internet was fast enough for what we needed (some light work, streaming, etc) - Loree was very responsive CONS - First and foremost, and the reason for the 4-star review instead of 5: the beds! The beds are worn out and very uncomfortable. They are also very "springy". All 4 beds need replaced. Others in our party felt the same way and while we lived through it, it was the running theme for the week. I would also note that the bedroom with the 2 beds (full/double size) in it are not for adults, as they are too small, especially if your over 6'. Two Twin XL's (or queens if theres room) would work way better in my opinion. We would happily pay more for a place with great beds. - Door locks on each of the bathrooms and bedrooms are worn out and need to be replaced. We were able to lock the hallway bathroom after some effort, but the bedroom with 2 beds was not able to lock at all. - The living room lounge chairs are different than the ones in the pictures, and are small for taller people. This resulted in us sitting at the table on the hard bench seating versus the lounges. - A panel piece fell off of the coffee table, and a white panel fell off of the master bathroom. Loree noted these were fixed before however you could tell that it wasn't fixed correctly.

Annual family trip

Views from the balcony were amazing. Owner had plenty of beach towels and beach toys. Very clean. Nice big table for the family.

Very accommodating condo. Perfect view.

From the process of online reservations to leaving on our last day could not have gone any smoother. Our entire family had so much relaxing fun. The kitchen was well stocked with everything possible from seasonings to coffee. The ice machine was a definite bonus! No buying ice!! No disappointment in this condo at all!
