  • TÄMÄ YKSIKKÖ ON PÄIVÄPÄIVÄN PÄIVÄPÄIVÄN VAATIMUKSEN JÄLKEEN! Tämä parannettu kahden makuuhuoneen / kahden kylpy huoneisto mahtuu 8 vierasta! Tämä on EXTRA-kerrossänky, jossa on nukkumisjärjestelyt 2 hengelle. Hinta on 2 makuuhuoneen, mutta siinä on kolme erillistä makuutilaa. Ulkoasu on suuri, jokainen saa yksityisyytensä. Tilava makuuhuone on rannan puolella - toinen hieno ominaisuus! - pääsy rannan edessä olevalle parvekkeelle. Toinen merkintä parvekkeelle on rannan edessä olevasta olohuoneesta. Uskomaton näköala ruokailu- ja keittiötiloista. Ateriavalmistus on helppoa, koska keittiö on täysin varustettu ja siinä on paljon työtilaa ja varastointi. Tässä kahden makuuhuoneen huoneessa on kaksi parivuodetta vierashuoneessa ja kahden hengen kerrossänky ylimääräisessä kerrossängyssä. Lisämukavuudesta löytyy pesukone ja kuivausrumpu tässä upeassa huoneistossa. Gulf Dunes -hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisilla paikoilla, lähellä kaikkea vielä hyvin yksityistä. Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Okaloosan saaren BOARDWALKista löydät useita ravintoloita ja kauppoja sekä koko perheen toimintaa. Lähellä ostosmahdollisuuksia ja useita ruokapaikkoja.     Gulf Dunes Condominiums sijaitsee lähellä Fort Waltonin ostos- ja ruokailumahdollisuuksia ja vain kymmenen minuutin päässä Destinista. It was clean with a fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful views from the patio, and the two free beach chairs were a great bonus. Customer service was fantastic, and we would consider staying at a Brooks and Shorey Resort again. Location is close to everything. It's next to Destin without paying Destin prices.

We love Fort Walton

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fort Walton Beach. The property is as listed, with an incredible balcony overlooking the emerald blue and green waters. We watched dolphin and sting ray from our balcony. The unit is nice with lots of sleeping spaces. Some of the kitchen items are in rough shape, but we were able to manage a full Thanksgiving dinner with what was provided and a few items from home that we’ve learned are essential to our experience. I did have to contact customer service for an issue with one of the beds and got a prompt response: I opted not to have them look at it during our stay, but they ensured that someone would after we left. The only true complaint I have is that many of the doors felt “sticky”. We tried cleaning them but determined it was just a really bad paint job that never set properly. This was not a deal breaker for us and could likely be easily remedied by repainting the doors. The heated pool was amazing— especially after jumping in the cooler November ocean water. It’s a great property and I’d stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes. The condo was clean, and spacious, and matched the description in the photos. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The ice maker was a bonus. The bed was comfortable but a bit firmer than we are used to. The only recommendation I would make is to add an ottoman to the furniture in the living room so that there is a comfortable place to rest your feet! The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by in the early morning. We also took advantage of the offered Explorie activities and my husband golfed several times! We highly recommend The Shack restaurant in Fort Walton Beach (excellent Lobster Crab Cakes) and BoShamps in Destin for a pricier but excellent seafood dinner!We cannot wait to return and will definitely use Brooks and Shorey again!!

Home Away From Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a pleasure at Gulf Dunes. The only thing negative about this trip was not being able to sit on the balcony due to cigarette and pot smoke coming our way from neighbors. My daughter has asthma so we wish there could be a smoker's building and a total non-smokers building. And I think marijuana is illegal in Florida. Seemed to be from a couple of doors down from us...maybe 506 or 505. But hard to say for sure. Also the 2nd bedroom tv did not work at picture on it; just "no cable" sign when turned on screen. We love Gulf Dunes. Maryanna is the best!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't get into our condo until 6pm but check in was at 4 pm. The lady at the front desk was not very nice. The washer and dryer didn't have work, took 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. One of the burners on the stove didn't work . For the price we paid it was a bad rental experience.

Excellent Accomodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was everything advertised. Family of 6. Great location, wonderful views, clean, modern and plenty of space. We loved our stay. Unit above us was going through a remodel so it was a little noisy each morning as they were hammering away, but no fault of anybody.
