Minutes from the Beach!<br>A-Frame at The Point

Unwind at this modern home just minutes from the beach. This home is located on Innerarity Point, a locals-only spot with restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. This home was lovingly built with exposed beams for a luxurious yet charming feel. Take an early morning stroll to Innerarity Point Park with beautiful oaks for shade, walking paths, playground equipment and pier. Enjoy the nightlife at FloraBama or The Jellyfish. A short drive to historic downtown Pensacola.

Relax with the whole family at this unique yet spacious (over 1150 sq feet) home. The upstairs bedroom has its own private full bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee in the quiet backyard or fire up the grill for a home made dinner.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. Each bedroom has its own smart TV; guest must use their own log-in for their streaming TV services.

Looking to go to the Beach? There are multiple public beach accesses on Perdido Key and Johnson's Beach on the Gulf Islands National Seashore is less than 10 minutes down the road. Additionally, Innerarity Point Park has beautiful sunset and Intercoastal waterway views.


The private circle driveway is large enough for two cars.
Guest Entry instructions: This home utilizes a smart lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. This home features a Ring doorbell camera that records video and sound.

The house was very cozy and welcoming. Remember the little things count. The gift basket of maybe needed toiletries was nice. A toaster that only toasts on one side, pealing Teflon large pot, lack of large skillet, unusable outside grill were a disappointment. Our son is a roofer and noticed the air vent isn’t flashed and is allowing water to leak into the upstairs bathroom, causing yellowing of the wall. You might want to take care of that. Addition of a weather proof chest for beach items would be better than leaving them in the grass. We wish you the best with your future rentals. If things mentioned are fixed this would have been a 5star review!

Another Perfect Stay!

Better than or equal to 4 star hotel

Great home. Looks small from outside but very well laid out. Very thoughtful host. Everything needed was provided; linens, all towels, kitchen supplies, dishwasher, dish soap, washer/dryer, bath soap/shampoo, linens for pullout sofa, beach towels, toys for kids, chairs, outdoor grill with utensils to include charcoal and lighter fluid. Even a small first aid kit was provided for use. The host even provided small toiletries in case you forgot to pack a toothbrush or sunscreen for the beach. Can’t say enough positive things about the home! The host was very responsive when I had questions prior to my arrival.

Super cute home

This house was quiet and relaxing. The temperature of the home stayed very cool for the time of year. The kitchen was stocked fairly well. We did need a muffin tin for one of our desserts but we made do with what was there. The bathrooms were very clean but we noticed the 1st floor shower door wasn't installed correctly so it leaked water onto the floor outside it. Might place a towel there. The living room and dining area were just right. We were all able to comfortably watch a few evening shows without crowding. There were 5 of us. The house itself was well stocked with extras like beach towels, toys, beach chairs, and even a boogie board. We didn't need to use them as we brought our own but it was nice to know it was available. The backyard has a picnic table with hanging lights. We didn't spend any time out there as the weather was hot and muggy. I don't get too excited about bugs. There were a few spiders in the home but that is expected as it was summer and the location. Owner was on top of that upon our exiting to call his pest guy. As for the bedrooms we all slept fair. The bed on the first floor was not really comfortable. It squeaked with any movement which woke us up often. Watch your head whoever sleeps on the right side of the bed. The ceiling slants steeply right there. That side of the bed could have used a nightstand for my phone and bottle of water. Other beds were comfy at least according to the kids. We would most definitely stay here again!! Loved it.

Family Vacation

Nice rental for our beach trip plenty of space for our family. Very clean and equipped with what we needed even board games and fun extras. Short drive to a great beach. We also enjoyed the book including recommendations. Would def stay again and recommend to friends.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Great property. Unique & fun. Well stocked with all the necessities. You can tell the owners have visited a lot of rentals because of all the details they put into their property. They definitely have the guests in mind. Very comfortable and roomy. The location is excellent. Very safe and private but close enough to all the local businesses and recreation. Highly recommend! Hope to visit again soon.
