TÄMÄ ON UUSI Talo 4690 KAUPPAJÄRJESTELMÄSSÄ, VALMISTETTU TÄYSIN JOULUKUUTA 2018. Talo on lähellä Pensacola-lahtea ja se on hienoa matkoille ja tutustumiseen Pensacolaan. TALON PENSACOLA-RANNALLA on 30 minuutin ajomatka. Talo on täysin varustettu tuotemerkeillä uusia laitteita. Naapuruus on erittäin hiljainen ja turvallinen. Se on lähellä monta kiva ravintolaa, supermarketteja ja ostoksia PLAZA.

The home was clean. Enjoyed the amenities. Peaceful and quiet. The only downfall that I did not like about my stay was the constant texts from the host. I felt like I was being watched and monitored 24/7 when I would come and go. My father had passed by the home prior to check in and saw someone cutting the grass of the front yard, and the following day the host texted he was going to come by to do the yard.

This property is an accident waiting to happen. There is no rail going up the steps and grass is growing through the steps so when you use the steps you are only using half a step. The throw rugs have NO safety backing, etc at all. In the communications before we rented this house we were led to believe that if someone went up to the front of the house and put in the code, then they could go through and open the back door where it was level. That is true. However, nothing was said to the fact that you still had to go up the incline to get to this even part. We were led to believe you could get to the back without having to go up the incline. Very poor communication with the host on this and people involved in making decisions on renting this place or not. Three elderly women, with two being on walkers, rented this house due to the emails, etc between everyone involved in checking into this place. You can imagine what a lovely time they had getting in and out of this place. NOT TRUE! In trying to settle this once the women arrived and saw the situation, they were told to go up and down the left side of the house because it was smooth. Again, NOT TRUE. Also, to go down the incline on the left side of the house, there was boggy water at the bottom. Try getting a walker through that, will you? The beds were very high and required the women to use a stool which one of the women had in the back of her van. I could on but it looks like I do not have any more room.

Family Tradition

This amazing stay has became into a family tradition for us to enjoy every summer since 4 years ago. My daughters pick this destination every year because they enjoy so much the beautiful North Florida beaches. My wife and me also appretiate to stay in such an amazing house in a quiet nice neighborhood. Even our dog loves to walk down the street to play in the dog park nearby, plus staying at this property while we're going to the beach. The owner check is very friendly and responsive.If you are looking for a place where you feel like at home, with room enough for your family, a calm friendly neighborhood in the city that is just near the beach (28min drive), but not in the middle of the beach hustle, this is the place for you!

great stay for a quick family visit

We stayed here to visit our daughter in Pensacola. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The house was as described, and the host was very consistent with communication. Some of the communication could be perceived as curt, but I had no issues. As others have mentioned the front yard/steps are steep, but once again no real issues. Don't expect to stay here and actually use the yard as the interesting landscaping and slope make it virtually useless. That didn't bother me, but should at least be noted. Location/neighborhood felt very safe, and close enough to grocery stores etc.. What I assume is supposed to be the dining room table area really could use more light. We sat around the and ate, played cards etc, but it was a little odd with such little light. Bedrooms/bathrooms were as described and comfortable. A TV in the master bedroom would be a welcome upgrade, as there is only one TV in the house, once again this was as described just something that would be nice to add. All in all this was a very nice stay, and would be on my list of repeat stays if we need
