TÄMALLA YKSIKKÖLLÄ on lauantaina lauantaipäivän vaatimus huippusesongin aikana! Nauti upeasta esteetömästä näkymästä Meksikonlahden sokerin valkoisilla hiekkarannoilla ja smaragdinvihreällä vesillä tästä 4. kerroksesta, 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, ylellinen CORNER-yksikkö. Tämä tilava BEACHFRONT-kulmayksikkö vie hengityksen pois heti, kun astut sisään oveen. Istu ja rentoudu omalla parvekkeella suosikki viinilasisi kanssa ja koe maagisimmat auringonlaskut Persianlahden rannikolla.
Sisällä tyylikkäässä pääasiallisessa olohuoneessa on kaksi liukuvaa lasiovea, jotka kehystävät vetistä maisemaa ja johtavat ulos ympäröivään parvekkeeseen. Katso taulutelevisiota, kun otat hienon näkymän vuodesohvalta ja nojatuolista. Lasikattaisessa ruokapöydässä on 4 puutuolia ja 3 kohotettua paikkaa kauniissa graniittibaarissa, joka on avoimen keittiön vieressä.
Makuuhuoneessa on täysi kylpyamme porealtaalla, king-size-vuode ja pääsy omalle parvekkeelle. Kaunis vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja pääsy koko salin kylpyhuoneeseen. Molemmissa huoneissa on taulutelevisio iltaohjelmaa varten. Käytävän ulkopuolella olevilla kerrossängyillä on omat televisiot ja ne soveltuvat hyvin lapsille.

We rented this place for the views from the balconies and it did not disappoint. It was just my husband and I, but it would be perfect for a family. We would definitely like to stay here in the future.

Great unit and property

Everything was nice and as advertised. Better quality furniture and beds and a better stocked kitchen than most beach condos, especially cheaper ones. Balconies and view were awesome. It's not walkable to much and the restaurant scene on Okaloosa isn't great, but it was a quiet beach, nice complex, and short drive to anything you'd need.

Great location

The condo was a nice size for our family of 5. I liked the app they use. It was easy and convenient. We loved the balcony and being able to see so much of the beach. We saw dolphins almost every morning.

Prefect, restful vacation!

Great view! Easy access to restaurants! Clean, safe and comfortable! Perfect for a girls’ trip! Free umbrella and chairs are a plus, but must reserve them daily so get up early if you want the front row. Attendant would only reserve for owners or groups. Overall great week… definitely would stay again!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Perfect location and very roomy. Loved the extended balcony. The downfall was that we only had one dish cloth and no dish towels. The first time we washed the dish cloth it fell apart. Not enough to keep us from coming back but just a note to owners.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious condo. Great 4th floor corner unit makes getting to the beach quick work. We did use the stairs because they were right there, but the elevator was just a short walk away. The unit was clean and well kept, and supplied with necessities. Our only issue was that the master suite stayed considerably warmer than than the rest of the unit (it did get a direct hit from the morning sun so that even the heavy drapes didn’t seem to hold it back). And with a washer/dryer we didn’t have to take home wet, dirty clothes.

We had a great Time! But the bathroom sinks didn’t drain. That should be addressed. The internet didn’t work well for us.

Great family weekend

Condo was great for five, two couples and an infant. There were a couple of bunk beds in the hallway which we didn't use but were interesting. The issue I'd see is that the living room is open to this hallway. So, if there were kids in these bunks, they'd have difficulty getting to sleep if the adults were in the living room. But, this was not an issue for us. Property was clean, as advertised and in a great, Gulf front location.

It was very clean, and being a corner unit makes it feel bigger than it is. We needed maintenence for a couple things, and the staff was very prompt and took care of all our needs. There was some scheduled maintenence to the building and the staff informed us as soon as they found out. Thanks B&S staff. Added bonus was our own parking spot in the garage!

This unit was very nice. Master featured jet tub & hand held shower head. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare just about anything. Only downside was the dining room table and coffee table were entirely too big for the space. They consumed the entire room making it hard to move around in that area. Also the pull out couch has seen better days, it was difficult to pull out & put back and impossible without moving the huge coffee table.

Beautiful view, good access to beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was acceptable clean upon arrival, walking in we found a child's sock under the edge of bunk beds in hthe hallway! Condo had an overall smell of staleness made us think it was not cleaned just straightened up. Refrigerator had problems with ice maker, ice would not drop ice, but we just reached in and got ice rather than bother anyone on a holiday weekend. We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony as well as dolphins everyday overall yes we would stay in this condo again.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been coming down to the Panhandle for over 30 years and I will say that this condo was one of the best condos we had ever stayed in. First, Brooks and Shorey was always very professional and helpful from the time we made reservations all the way to the end of our trip. Second, the condo was very clean (base boards needed dusting/cleaning) and the kitchen had all that one would need to cook except a cutting board. The beds were comfy, bathrooms nice, family room great but the balcony was the true star of this unit! Morning, afternoon and evening you could fully enjoy this balcony. The views were outstanding from east to west! I would recommend staying at this condo Unit 401 with Brooks and Shorey. I assure you the condo and the resort company will not disappoint.

Family vacation

My balcony door didn't lock until the evening before we checked out, my front door stuck, the air conditioning never worked--there wete multiple companies there to "fix" the entire buildings air, wasnt fixed the entire time we stayed there. My refrigerator would randomly leak leaving a huge puddle of water in the floor randomly. The view was amazing, the balcony was nice, the rooms were nice. One TV in the bunk beds didn't work at all. The ice machine in the refrigerator would dispense 2 cubes (not crushed--it wouldn't do crushed ice) and then wouldn't dispense anything else.

Second Year

This is our second year staying in 401 during May and much is unchanged. The beds were comfortable, the linens are clean and the kitchen is well stocked with about anything you may need except a waffle iron, even Tupperware for leftovers. The complex is well tended to by staff daily who kindly hold the doors open for you if they are around. If I could change anything, it would include a fee-based or deposit-based small breed inclusion. Aside from that, minor things like a new sofa (the pull-out is really hard to use, we believe some metal has been bent over years of use) and the pool furniture is still the strappy kind, works perfectly well, it’s just dated. No real complaints here from my family, we enjoy the quieter, more calm atmosphere in contrast to Destin. The location of this complex is just close enough to be convenient to most things, however in the summer or high-season, I can absolutely see the traffic turning into a nightmare. See you in 2024 401!
