The view was perfect and we had everything we needed to prepare a meal when it comes to utensils and cookware. The beds were an issue for us because they were a bit hard but we know some people like that. The property was very clean and well maintained. They had beach chairs available and it even came with the chair rentals on the beach that came with an umbrella which was needed. That was a huge plus! It was easy to get into the condo and easy to move about. Parking was tight but other than that it was great! Highly recommend!

Exceptionally beautiful condo highly recommend!!!!!!Only down side is that the tiny pool.We were unlucky with a full on loud construction going on next door in July.

Clean and convenient

Less crowded area of the beach, clean condo, perfect set up for our family. The only issue was parking. The covered spots are VERY tight to park in. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay!

Anniversary get away

We enjoyed our stay at the Palms a lot. Love the corner unit and it seemed very clean when we arrived. Such a smooth check in process and communication was great. The area was nice and peaceful. The only thing to say is that eventhough the floors were vacuumed well, not sure if they were mopped. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot in the condo. Bed was comfy and we really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from everywhere in the condo. Would recommend it for sure.

Nice, clean, and updated condo. Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again! Brooks and Shorey were great to work with! Loved that we got to talk to a person right away. Enjoyed the free activities that come through booking with them. Would def recommend them.

We go for the ocean experience so good for us- balcony is oceanfront and we sat out a lot. Nice week😊Cons:just know pool area is small so if that’s your thing might not be best unit. Parking space for this unit is tight

Disappointed vacation

The condo is in an alley off the main road which had nice condos. We knew we were in trouble when we drove up. The tiny swimming pool is about the size of a small bedroom and located between 2 buildings. The sheets on the bed did not even hang off either side of the bed. They only came to the edge of the mattress and they felt and sounded like paper. The toilet in the master bathroom was so close to the toilet tissue holder your body actually touched the toilet tissue. We had to take the tissue off and put it on the vanity to be able to use it. The water from the shower head was so hard it felt like it would peel your skin off and you could not adjust it. There must have been another shower head before this one because the hole in the wall so so big and you could see between the wall. The only positive thing was the rooms were very clean.

Vacation 2021

Kitchen was awesome had everything we needed. Only problem was the WiFi too slow couldn’t stream movies or football games. Hopefully can stay there again.
