Summer Place # 109 on 1. kerroksen rannalla sijaitseva yksikkö. Avaa lasiovi ja olet askeleen päässä kylpytynnyristä, uima-altaasta tai valkoisesta hiekasta ja aalloista! Se on erittäin kätevä, kun rentoudut rannalla tai uima-altaalla ja haluat napata jotain yksiköstä! Voit myös istua patiolla ja pitää silmällä lapsia uima-altaalla! Tai kävele ulos lasiovesta grillille ja piknik-alueelle, joka on vain muutaman askeleen päässä!

Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat lasiovet sekä Master-sviitissä että olohuoneessa johtavat omaan terassiin. Summer Place # 109: ssä on neljä tilavaa makuuhuonetta ja nukkuu yhdeksän viihtyisästi: king-sänky Master-sviitissä, king-vuode 2. makuuhuoneessa, parivuode 3. makuuhuoneessa ja parivuode / kahden hengen kerrossänky 4. makuuhuoneessa. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot ja ruostumattomat laitteet, sekä aamiaisbaari, joka on varustettu kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Olohuoneessa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja ja iso taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös taulutelevisio omalla DVD-soittimellasi nautinnon lisäämiseksi. Kun Meksikonlahden vesillä on täydet näkymät, kävele vain Okaloosan saaren kauniille valkoisen hiekkarannan päälle ja nauti parasta, mitä Emerald Coast tarjoaa. Summer Place on kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, yöelämästä ja perheen nähtävyyksistä.

Wonderful stay

This was perfect for our family vacation. We loved being on the ground floor with small children, it was perfect. The check in and out process was so easy. We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and description was very accurate. It was Perfect. Highly recommend this place.

Convenient, clean, and comfy

Had a great time, team bonding. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Beach was beautiful, chairs and umbrellas supplied were big plus. Kitchen could use a few more pots and pans, pot holders would have been nice... I'm sure that was an oversight. Having an in unit washer and dryer was so convenient. Patio chairs have been updated, they were very nice. 5 stars all around!

Great place

We had a great time and loved the condo. It was our first time with ground floor access. That is the only way to go. The beach chairs were an added bonus. The facility was very clean and maintained daily. The staff was all friendly and helpful. The only negative would be they had trouble with the gas grill and couldn’t get it working. They do have two charcoal grills that we switched to.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was ok. Location, beach front, access to the ocean was great, pool was clean. The floors weren’t very clean. The kitchen wasn’t stocked very well. Not many pots and pans, cookie sheets, silverware. There were no cleaning supplies, only a sweeper. We are used to the well stocked condo at Azure 112.

OK stay

The grounds were dirty with a lot of visible trash under the stairwell in front of our door and in other places on the property that was never removed during our stay. We ended up cleaning the two condos ourselves after arrival because it was not adequately cleaned when we unloaded everything. That was disappointing. However, the office staff was very approachable and friendly. The location was convenient to seafood markets, grocery stores: etc. The state of the service industry is horrible everywhere right now, so I’m guessing that the lackluster cleaning job is a result of that and probably not the norm. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very pleased with our stay at Summer Place 109. The unit was clean. This was our first time staying in a ground floor unit, and it was incredibly convenient. No elevators! We parked right outside our front door which was very nice. We discovered that our coffee maker was not functional the first morning we were there, and Sarah with Legacy Vacation responded so quickly and showed up with a brand new coffee maker that morning. She also responded quickly as our tub was missing a drain plug, and she delivered that as well. I was very pleased with her customer service. This is noteworthy as it seems that good customer service is impossible to come by these days.The only downside to the stay was that the "heated" pool was very chilly. The outside temperatures were in the mid 80s all week, and it was still really cold to swim in the pool. However, I understand that it is expensive to heat a pool.

Fantastic Condo!

Condo is much larger in person. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Amazing location. You are literally steps away from the beach. Patio is massive. My Family and I will definitely be staying at this Condo again. Staff at the complex are very friendly, attentive, and knowledgable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The condo needs a little attention. Broken kitchen trash can, vacuum broken, no hair dryers at all, no dust pan for sweeping, frying pan not usuable, cigarette butts outside front door and on side of patio. Stained carpet,needs some painting done, and wifi very spotty. With that said we love Summerplace. These issues were just an inconvenience nothing that ruined our trip. The owners of this unit just needs to do a walk through and see for themselves.

perfect location!!

This unit is the perfect spot ground floor access to parking lot, to beach access, good food right across street, everything you need.....access to pool was great however was being repaired last day there (w/out notice) but over all wonderful!!

Perfect short getaway

Very clean, perfect unit location right on the beach. We had a great experience.
