”Skyline Village Inn is a quaint, magical place with a wonderful stepping-back-in-time feeling to a peaceful, slower pace of life. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, and it was the perfect place to spend the full moon. I loved my stay so much that I booked a second night. This enchanting inn has definitely earned a place on my list of places to return to. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains.”

”The place is beautiful and tucked into the woods. I recommend taking a screenshot of the instructions while you have cell service since it cuts in and out when you're that deep in the hills. You have wifi in the room which is great. Loved the property! There's a community kitchen in the lodge for all your cooking needs.”

”Red Rocker Inn was ideal for our needs. The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Keurig machines and plenty of coffee in the rooms. Plenty of free parking. Staff were attentive and helpful. We have family nearby, so it is ideal for larger gatherings. Never got a chance to try the restaurant for dinner, but by all accounts, it too is very good. We're lookin forward to our next stay.”

”The room was very clean. The breakfast was quite nice with plenty of choices. The only things I would have liked to have were some water with ice, and a large bowl of mixed fruit rather than whole apples, bananas, oranges, etc. Except for bananas, whole fruit is awkward to eat. There were juice and milk but no ice water. Even so, we had an enjoyable stay. Whenever possible I like to stay at a Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

”When we got in the room it appeared to be clean. We were on the first floor in room 101. The window was unlocked which was unsettling. We got over that and then there were worms of some sort that were coming in under the door. We will not be staying there again.”

”Beautiful property with so many added touches. Complimentary coffee at coffee bar , very generous butler pantry, koozie’s to take home . Everything was top notch ! We enjoyed the front porch as well!”
