”We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom. ”Probably one of the worst stay I have experience. The rooms looks horrific. The guys that stays there makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. The washroom is dirty and the shower head has calcium build up. I didn't even want to take off my shoes during my stay. The staffs are overworked and unfriendly. If I have a choice, I won't choose to stay in Penticton because I will have to pay more for a poor quality property.”

”The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere anytime you used it. Otherwise, this place was an awesome place to stay with my two young niece's they had a great time in the pool and the location couldn’t be better. The BBQs were also a really great option so that we could cook our dinners outside. One of the BBQ’s was not working and could use a clean.”

”We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was newly renovated and was fantastic. Location was great, just off Hwy 97 as you enter into Penticton. Steps away from a private ( quiet) Beach. In our room we had a fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes,kettle really anything you would need. There is a BBQ for use and plenty of outdoor seating.
