Tämä mahtava kiinteistö sijaitsee aivan valtatien PR-2 vieressä Puerto Ricon etelärannikolla.
Vieraat nauttivat ylellisestä lomasta tässä 4 makuuhuoneessa, 2 kylpyhuoneessa ja 2 puoli kylpyä merinäköalalla.
Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmastointi.
Makuuhuoneessa on vaatehuone, kylpyhuone ja kaapelitelevisio.
Rentoudu Resort-tyylisessä uima-altaassamme ja allasbaarissa. Voit myös nauttia täysin kalustetusta ulkoterassilta, jolla on kaunis baari. Terassilla on puoli kylpyhuone ulko- ja uima-altaan käyttöön.
Kokoa rakastavat voivat valmistaa herkullisia aterioita täysin varustetussa keittiössämme (liesi, uuni, mikroaaltouuni ,, astianpesukone, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, ruokailuvälineet, kattilat ja pannut jne.) Ja isoilla graniittitasoilla. Ruokasali tarjoaa suuren pöydän nauttiaksesi ateriasi. Aamiaiset ovat korvaamattomia terassialueella merinäköalalla.
Olohuoneessa on mukava sohva ja TV. Wi-Fi ja kaapeli ovat saatavilla.

The property was absolutely beautiful! The view was just breathtaking. The house needs a little updating (T.LC) but still a beautiful home. Annie was great to communicate with. If needed, I would stay there again.

Our host and the view from this VRBO gem was AMAZING! Annie had great recommendations, especially for an in-home chef, to cater to our group of 9 people. We had plenty of space, all the amenities you could imagine, and the most beautiful sunsets in all of Puerto Rico. We are definitely coming back!

Just what we needed during a time of grieving…

We were in town for a funeral and wanted a place big enough for some of our family to stay with us and be able to relax after long, emotional days. The location was very convenient for us, the house had everything we needed and more. The host was extremely friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us. Small things like new toiletries were in the bathrooms, spices in the pantry and lots of outdoor seating. We plan to come back to this same property for vacation next time! Beautiful views and sunsets!

we already left it was beautiful just few inconveniences with no hot water, no lights working in the pool, no jacuzzi or vents working either, which is one of the amenities listed on the ad and also needing the key to open each door along with dryer not really working. The sink would turn in on its own many times through out the night. the house looked beautiful beds were very loose and neighbors dog would not stop barking all night!!

This property is great! The location is beautiful and the house is spacious and comfortable. The host Annie was very attentive. There was a power outage and the generator kicked in immediately. The outage lasted two day but we couldn’t tell because we had electricity. Annie called/ text to make sure we had power and the gas for the generator was fulled. She was so attentive to make sure we were comfortable in our stay. I highly recommend this house your stay in PR

Amazing

I stayed here with my family and I must say it was amazing. Annie was there every step of the way to help if needed. The house was pretty cool, there are some furniture updates that need to be made, but all in all the house is awesome. The view from the backyard is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing trip!

We had an amazing stay. Annie is so great - she provided us with lots of information about the house and the area. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The house is beautiful and was very clean. We spent most of our time outside on the patio. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed the gorgeous views of the mountains and sea. Sunsets were spectacular!

Very satisfied

Puerto Rico is beautiful and we had the fortune of staying at an equally beautiful property while visiting with our family of 8. Getting up in the morning and sitting down at the pool/patio to watch the day begin was perfect. The view of the water and the warm temperatures were great. Our host was very responsive to our few inquiries and the trip went smoothly. The house is very nice and we were happy with our choice to stay there. There were a few minor maintenance repairs that were needed but that didn't reduce our opinion of the property. We just recommended this property to our friends that are planning a visit next year.

Beautiful views but house needs some TLC

First off, Annie was amazing! Her response times and helpfulness was 10/10, probably the best of any VRBO host we’ve worked with. The house has great potential with a bit more TLC and some Landscaping. The walls could use a good washing, the stove is missing some knobs, ice maker is broken, and doors are squeaky. Overall the house was very clean, but we found a lot of hair on the floors when we arrived (just used swiffer and it was fine, the floors themselves were clean otherwise). Overall, once we readjusted our expectations, the minor little things did not prevent us from enjoying the property. The views are amazing, we had some beautiful sunsets. The outdoor space was great and we spent a lot of time out there. The house is huge and provides alot of space, in a nice and safe neighborhood. The beds were super comfy.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home in Penuelas. It is a great location and very private with security. The home is spacious and clean. Communication with the owner is excellent. She provides detail instructions and answered my questions right away. My family and I will be returning in the near future.

Family vacation

My 1st tine staying in the south of PR, and the house has great location, near highway, with wonderful views of the sea. Annie was very friendly and knowledgable of the area.
