The space
up to 14 people
1st Floor:
Living room with smart tv, Dinning room, Kitchen, 2 king bed bedrooms that practically mirror one another (one has a ceiling fan, one doesn't), full bathroom
2nd Floor:
full bathroom, office with monitor and wires, two bedrooms, one full / twin bunk bed in one room, queen with 2 twins in the other

Basement:
One queen bed, one single, full bathroom, laundry room, game room equipped with poker table / gaming chips, smart TV, reclining couch,
living room with smart tv and full size bathroom (shower only).
Guest access
You will be provided with a unique code once your reservation dates are within 3 days of your stay to enter the home, there is a dead bolt to lock the door as well as the locking mechanism, just like a hotel. The house has outdoor security cameras installed at the front and back entrances. There are no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the home.
Other things to note
You may park on the drive way in front of the garage only, usually only one vehicle fits, the driveway is shared with the neighboring home and no vehicles should be parked in the area between the two homes. You are welcome to park on the street, the entire road is available, but when parking in front of the garage please be careful pulling out, it is easy to run into each of the homes. If you have any damages, please be sure to report them immediately.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING or PETS (unless it's a certified, must have registered dog, in that case we will need paperwork submitted) allowed on the entire property. Smoking is classified as cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cloves, etc. Violators are expected to pay a $100 penalty fee and may be subject to immediate eviction.

When booking, please ensure you include everyone in your reservation or those who may be coming / going or staying on the property. Extra guests over 6 will be expected to pay an extra $10 fee/night per stay.
Has stairs, a few in the front, to the porch and a few after you enter into the side door, which is the door your code opens. Has two rooms on the main floor, two upstairs (normal flight of stairs) and a bonus room in the basement (normal flight of stairs) and one in the basement.
