âI was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didnât read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didnât have to do that! Great customer service!â

âThe Nichols is a very nice, comfortable Inn located conveniently to the things we needed (walking distance to a nice local pub, close to pizza place, the Pottery..). The staff were very helpful and kind. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was good -- make tour own waffles, make your own omlet! Plenty of yogurt, pastry, and coffee. We were able to comfortably sit and gab with our relatives in the lobby. We had a great stay.â

âOur room was clean but in need of repairs and upgrades. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Our TV didn't work when we got to our room but upon calling the front desk the man came right to our room and fixed it. Our bed frame was very noisy as the mattress was on a metal box. There was no blow dryer in our bathroom. We picked this motel because it had a hot tub but it was out of order. There were a couple broken down cars in the parking lot. The whole building is in dire...

â Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!â
