”I stayed at the Courtyard for a family wedding weekend and was very pleased with both the location and property. My only complaint was that there was no in-room safe, but otherwise the room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet despite being in a busy shopping center.”

”This location did not match up with other Embassy Suites. Staff was very friendly, but the room we had needed a complete overhaul. The couch had tears and holes, the drapes were in shreds, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom that had been covered with clear caulk, and pieces of tile were missing in the shower. The breakfast was very disappointing. Couldn’t cut the waffles, they broke in pieces and tasted like styrofoam, the oatmeal was empty and we were told they wouldn’t make...

”Disappointed in the pool area. They do not have an adult time. Parents do not watch their kids. Almost got jumped on a few times and throwing balls and slapping the water. Also, the floors are very sticky in the halls and elevator. Not the best experience.”

”My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!”

”My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.”

”The advertised queen bed was a full (smaller). The sheets had holes in them. The smoke-free room had a heavy odor of smoking in it. I would not ever book here again.”

”Room was pretty clean. Some stains on the ceiling but otherwise good. Shower water was hot. Breakfast was ok for free but some food was cold and the biscuits had a strange taste. Waffles were good. Staff helpful”

”The price was the only good thing. You get what you pay for. The property was very run down and the interior was just as bad as the exterior. Locked plate glass lobby makes you think you are in a war zone in Detroit not Anoka MN”

”The rooms was not ready by the time I got there. The room is so so smelling so the sheets of the beds. The hotel is smoke free, but both hallway and rooms smell weed and cigarettes. The staffs were shorts and unaware of which rooms were taken and which rooms were available. Some rooms had no air conditioning. Parking were fine and all great. I believe they do not change bed sheets to new one as I see so much dog’s hairs and dirty spot on pillows and bedsheets.”

”Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation.”
