”The setting is out of a fairy tale. Beautiful views of the mountains. Hosts are from the area and had lots of information to share about the local history and things to do. They also made some excellent dining suggestions. My only regret is not having more time to hang out in town because we were visiting for the Olympics.”

”Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...
