”Great hotel in downtown Medan. The rooms are always clean and well maintained, the pool side room are amazing. I go back there every year with my wife's family for 3 reasons: Great pool, amazing breakfast buffet and very nice staff, very helpful they treat us like kings over there.”

”This place has got five stars with reason. Everyone in the staff was helpful and friendly. It was really nice looking in the lobby and in general inside, like there were huge red decorations and a Ford car from 1925! Room was as I hoped and expected. Big old-fashioned writing desk (great). Relaxing sofa with a footstool. Water pressure was great in the room. That is not something considered self-evident in hotels in Indonesia. About breakfast. You really had a chance to eat an excellent...

”After traveling for 9 months, this is probably the most dirty room we have stayed in. The sheets had blood stains, the walls were full of stains, the floor had clearly not been washed for a long time, and the bathroom was full of mold and limescale. The room had no windows, and the staff was very cold and unpersonal, the ac worked good and the shower had good preasure and heat, but I would say those were the only decent things in the room. Would never recommend to anyone!”

”DO NOT STAY HERE! Honestly the worse place I’ve stayed at while backpacking SEA. First there are stains everywhere on the towels, sheets, walls. Some of the stains look like blood on the wall. The shower head was broken off and just gross. There were roaches everywhere. The ac barely worked and the tv was missing. The cabinet was broken. I thought maybe I can pull through was one night but then I saw bedbugs and knew I had to go. When I went to check out the staff didn’t even question it they just...

”There are Pro and Con for budget accommodation. PRI staff performance is "Excellent" CON Frequent power failure that may interrupt internet service / room lickset need to improved as i found it difficult to closed / the vicinity pitch dark after 7pm not suitable for ladies or couple please look elsewhere safer / only one eatery but have to walk at least 500 meters.”

”Huone oli pieni ja kuuma, ilmastointilaite ei toiminut kovin hyvin. Ravintolan tarjoilijat eivät puhuneet englantia. Muuten palvelu ok.”

”Siisti ja asiallinen hotelli Medanin keskustassa. Hyvä aamiainen.”

”Clean, really hot shower, nice breakfast, great artwork. A little noisy at night and WIFI was really poor. ”

”Their beddings have lots of stains. Hair was everywhere. Normally i would give 1 to everything but they very friendly staff. Wouldn't stay there again. ”

”Nice place for small family to take holiday in here. Because this place connecting to the mall. Very convenient place.”
