”This is our second year in same condo and couldnt ask for much better. Comfortable, clean and convenient to everything. Pool was outstanding and we found new (to us) restaurants this year. This is absolutely no reflection on our owner but perhaps guests in upper units could be reminded about noise level after midnight. We really only had an issue our last two nights.”

”This is the perfect location if you want a quiet beach vacation away from the crowds, but still be close enough to activities and restaurants. The unit is clean, nicely furnished, and a very short walk to the beach. Perfect for a couple or family with 1 or 2 younger children. May be a bit crowded for a family with teens. Highly recommend!”

Enough closet space in the master to fit a pack and play for the baby as well. Plenty of parking and carts to unload stuff. ”Title says it all! Condo is a slice of heaven! It's very refreshing when a place is clean inside, well stocked kitchen, cozy bed, attention to detail in general and a great layout! Out back you have a balcony to end the day. It was our first time going to Perdido Key beach it was perfect not overcrowded like Orange Beach. Very secluded and private. Shop owners and resteraunt staff are all very polite and friendly. Pete was a wonderful host answers questions, fast responder, offers suggestions...
