”Loved staying at thus lovely hotel. From the outset staff were lovely and obliging. Lived that you were within walking distance to the village, restaurants, boutique shops and the beach. Just park your car and stay”

”Apartment was in a great location. Clean and appropriate to our needs. Staff were helpful & communication was excellent. There was easy access to public transport if you’re travelling without a vehicle. Close proximity to the beach & Alexandra Headlands surf club. Great food options at club & eateries near by. Walking distance to Mooloolaba & Cotton Tree.”

”The apartment was clean , but needs to be repainted as you could see where they had fix some damage and the repainted parts were obvious. Some might not even notice, but having done repairs on my own property I did notice. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Gated community with shops across the street.”

”The hotel is great however I was in room 8 on a Saturday night & the bar played music until 3am so I barely got any sleep! I would check with them which rooms are sound proofed if you need a good nights sleep”

”Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.”

”Fast booking in and friendly service”

”Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. I called the hotel to let them...

”The room was facing the ocean and the magnificent view was beyond words. However our room was in a state of advanced disrepair and lack of maintenance which included- a very large crack in the mirror behind the bed , a number of cracked bathroom tiles and a general need of some loving care. Certainly not good enough especially at such top rate prices!”

”Apartment was clean, sheets nice white and crisp, kitchen had everything you need, TV was good (lots of rain so that helped lol)....Communication was very good and lovely staff who changed our room to downstairs and allowed us into room at 11.30am instead of the usual 2pm....2nd time we've stayed here and will definitely stay again....”
