”Expensive room that doesn’t provide more than 2 bottles of water a day despite hot weather and price paid for the room. Our room was on the bend of the building so we felt a little squished as the balcony is smaller than other rooms. Bed was comfortable and wifi very strong and fast. Decent buffet breakfast, but very hectic trying to get tea/coffee/juice as one person doing all those whilst guests waited in small area. ”Really nice place and great staff. We couldn't arrive at the hotel the day we were supposed to arrive. We didn't get our money back from the night we didn't stay there but it was understandable. The hotel was still very nice because they gave us a big voucher that we could spend at the restaurant. We think that it was a super nice gesture from the hotel. ”Arrived well before official checkin time. Room was ready. Although they tried to upsell their newer renovated rooms which were empty. They were nice but it wasn’t a free upgrade. Their initial remark was my booked room requires stairs climbing which I did not find an issue to begin with. The basic room was pretty much the same as the one I stayed in many years ago. ”The property is one of the best property for Besar island in the price range. Pools are great facility if you have non swimmers with you. We had kids and they just loved it. Food was good for Non Vegetarians but being vegetarian, we faced trouble. Cook helped on day 1 with good friend rice on day 1 in complimentary breakfast but that was the only 1 item we got in vegetarian food, apart from juice and tea coffee. ”Es ist wirklich eine Zweckunterkunft. Man nutzt es nur zum schlafen und duschen. Es liegt genau zwischen Long Beach und Coral Bay, was wirklich ein ultra Pluspunkt ist. Ist auch der einzige Grund, weshalb ich dieses Hotel nochmal buchen würde. Die Anreise mit dem Speedboat von Kuala Besut empfiehlt sich über Coral Bay (ca. 7 Min Fußweg zur Unterkunft). ”
