Holiday home for 30 people in Periana, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

This rural complex has several houses that are advertised together and that will be open or closed depending on the number of people that make up the group of guests.

House 1 consists of four bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, another with two single beds and the last one with three single beds. There are also two bathrooms with showers, an 80-square-meter kitchen-living room and a terrace on the top floor with views of the pool.

House 2 has four bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, another with two single beds and the last one with three single beds. There are also two bathrooms with showers, one adapted for the disabled, a living room and a kitchen.

House 3 has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with two single beds each. It also has two bathrooms with shower, a living room, a kitchen and a 15-meter terrace with views of the La Viñuela reservoir, which is accessed from the kitchen.

House 4 has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. It also has two bathrooms with shower, a living room and a kitchen and terrace.

House 4 will remain closed for groups of 24 or less people. The house will open, at an extra cost, for groups of 25-30 people.

In addition to the four houses, there is also a fifth house converted into a large leisure room.

In front of the house there is a large private pool and a large covered barbecue area to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners.
