”Overall our stay was wonderful. We were able to check in early on Friday and enjoyed hanging at the pool Friday night. The room was clean and well decorated. The bed was bery comfortable as well. Despite our room not being one with a view of the sound, we had a beautiful view of the Neal Preserve. We were placed at the very end of the 5th floor, which was perfect for more privacy and more quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast spread was incredible. ”We had some issues with the ice maker turned off, the fans on the lanai not working, the toilet constantly running and the bathtub backing up. Wagner Realty did send out a repairman and he was very good and helpful with the repairs. The appliances are top of the line and the condo is nice and new. It is a very quiet complex. Overall we did enjoy our stay there. ”

”The property was incredible! We absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, we arrived on a late flight Sunday evening. When arriving at the rental office there was no key for us to access the property. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a maintenance man to come let us in the property. I asked to be called by a manager of AMI and have heard nothing in response. ”

”I had an excellent stay at this property! I was surprised at how clean the condo was. The kitchen was stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans - all the basics to prepare meals during your stay. There is a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig available for coffee drinkers. The beds and bedding were nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The property is lovely and extremely quiet. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!”

”This condo was impeccable! So clean and beautifully decorated. There were great restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed walks around the lake at this property and also Robinson Preserve. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious and the kitchen was perfect! Our grandsons loved the pool when we weren't at the many nearby beaches.”
