”We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house . The grounds are huge and full of surprises . We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but gave the sauna a miss! There are plenty of lovely places to visit in the area and although the house is up a quiet forested hill it is not remote and has all the shops you need within a 10 min drive. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful All together a great stay.”

”Magnifique demeure, très bien équipée pour notre grand groupe de plusieurs familles adultes et ados. Piscine chauffée, même les frileux se sont baignés. Le matériel pour les repas est top (grand Weber à gaz entre autre). Les ados ont adoré le tennis et la table de ping-pong, le soleil était là :-)”

”This house was charming, and we loved our time there. It is an excellent base for exploring the Périgord and also an excellent place for sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine. The kitchen can actually be cooked in and has everything you need. The view from the house is lovely. Florence is great and helped to get us settled, and we could not have asked for a better stay. ”

”Le Soutenac is a generous and comfortable place to enjoy rural French life. The description of the house was very accurate and there were no hidden surprises! The kitchen is large and well-equipped, there are many places to sit, eat, drink or relax. The boulangerie was shut for the first half of our stay but Neuvic is an easy cycle away (I guess even Mme Boulanger needs a holiday!)”
