”Building was constructed in the 16th century, so it has A LOT of character. The apartment is fully updated with a nice mix of old and modern styles. Ceilings are incredibly high. Very cool place, and people were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.”

”We stayed 3 nights with our 2 teenagers. Plenty of room for all 4 of us. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is a little small but adequate for our needs. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen was stocked in case we wanted to. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away and the town of Sarlat is very cute. Parking is just up the hill from the apartment. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely return. It was a great experience. ”

”Le Genis is the perfect location for any type of traveler and is steps away from the center of Sarlat. There is a two minute walk to cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the Markets that are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We stayed in Le Genis for a month and found all the needed amenities for a more than comfortable stay. We will definitely be returning! ”
