I would highly recommend going on a hot air balloon ride, kayaking down the river (the 2 hour option was a perfect amount of time) & visiting some of the markets that are listed in the information binder. While our French was lacking, Martine was very accommodating, friendly, and so helpful. Great restaurants and shoppes nearby. ”A clean and tidy house which was well appointed and comfortable; mind you it was such dry and hot weather we spent most of the time outdoors. The road to the house is VERY narrow.... driving a 1966 MGB this wasn't too difficult but I wouldn't like to do it in a Range Rover!! Guillaume was very helpful both in the run up to our arriving and if we had any queries when we were there. Belves is a lovely town with good shops and plenty to see and can all be done on foot.
