There was mail in the box and a package on the steps that gave the impression the property had not been visited in a bit. ”The sheets could be updated. We did not use them as they were dirty and then the clean ones were in the dryer and not completely dried so they smelled bad. This could be due to the fact that the heat and hot water was turned off.”

”Rooms are clean and presentable. House is older but all rooms have been remodeled and include comfortable modern furniture. Bathroom is small but acceptable. Being an older home in a small town, it is located close to the road, which has high traffic early morning and late afternoon. Kitchen accommodations are very good and even include some basic food supplies. Overall, a very good value.”

”Everything was great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The homeowner responded to questions within 15 minutes. Our we arrived at the house sooner than expected and he graciously allowed us to enter the house early. There are two offstreet parking spots and a cute little patio.. Only thing that we could’ve used that was not there was a baby gate for the stairs. He had a highchair and a pack and play which were greatly appreciated. ”
