You have a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine for your convenience. The main living area is air-conditioned, cooling the entire loft. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, video-on-demand, a washing machine, and step-free access to the ground floor. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, accessible by stairs not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. There is a toilet on the ground floor.



Outside, relax on your private covered terrace overlooking the pool or on the private uncovered west-facing terrace. The outdoor pool is shared with the owners and is open from Easter to mid-October. The property is part of the owners’ main residence, who will respect your privacy; please respect theirs as well.



A parking space is provided for your vehicle. Beach towels are supplied. This accommodation is adults-only to ensure a peaceful atmosphere. Parties are not permitted. Visits are allowed upon request.



As the stairs are delicate, please remove your shoes before using them and avoid dragging your suitcases.
