”While this is a brand new hotel there are a lot of kinks to be worked out. First, I booked a king and none were available so they gave me two queens. Then the hotel has a full kitchen, two burners large fridge kitchen sink, but they have NO dishes or cookware, they try to SELL you a $30 pack with one dish one cup one mug, etc. and there’s a cookware set for sale but I don’t recall what’s included or the price. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I’d buy dishes and stuff to cook with when there is a...

”Pool was under construction when we were there. Was not evident when We were booking. Would’ve gone elsewhere had we known.
The HVAC unit in our room had no heat. The bathroom sink drained poorly and had no hot water.
Although we were there for theee days the maid did not come in once to empty trash or replenish TP/coffee etc.
Will go elsewhere next time.
