”I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so others know what to expect.I booked this hotel for a weekend stay while I was in town, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. ”A little hard to find, but well worth it. An obvious recent renovation makes for a welcome that is only beat out by meeting Candy at the front desk. She was extremely pleasant to work with and is a great ambassador to the Wyndham brand. The rooms were VERY clean.... Just like the rest of the facility. Breakfast was spot on and plentiful. I would highly recommend this for your future stay in the area. The only other comment I can make is that parking is tight due to the plethora of AMTRAK...

”Extremely disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff was hostile, particularly towards children and seniors; they completely lacked empathy and professionalism. ”It’s one of the largest hotels in that chain, great for families! However, some rooms are located too far from the elevators and completely overcrowded like appendicitis… On far away wings of hotel only stairways.”

”Room smell, musty and maybe a dog peed in the room previously we didn’t have to switch rooms. They did switch our room that room also did smell slightly and there was really no AC in the hallways. It was about 100° that day so as soon as you stepped out of your bed, your door it was just stifling hot.”

”Tv remote didn't work. A/C had a musty smell coming out of it.”

”Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again.”

”Es un robo tenga cuidado si se pasa deals 11 am así sea por 20 minutos pierces el deposito no te lo dan yo le dije que fue que me quedé dormido y me to Caron la puerta y en lo que me terminé de amistad pasaron 20 minutos y a lo que fui para la oficina ya avian pasado 10 mas y por eso me dijo que perdi el deposito son unos ladrones mejor esta el de al frente”

”Turkey bacon is not bacon, the only thing that was wrong with the stay. I am not sure if this was normal, but please use real bacon, otherwise Home 2 is definitely in my top 5 places to stay. Fireplace was an amazing touch.”
