”Cleaning lady and front desk were very frindly, helpful, speedy & great at there job.”

”Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was professional yet friendly. The location worked well for our travel plans. We were traveling north to Maine, so we stayed just one night. We left the hotel early the next morning (3:30 am sort of early) to beat the heaviest NYC traffic. We were north of the NYC by 6:30 am, and in southern Maine by noon. ”

”Friendly staff, but they should have a schedule for people that have not been there before. They have different activities, but we missed out on a lot because we simply did not know. If you want to save, eat at places outside of the place. ”

”Ihan perus yhden yön majatalo. Erittäin iso huone erillisellä sohvaryhmällä ja king-size pedillä (noin 200x220, autolla pääsi hyvin paikalle, ilmainen parkkipaikka, wifi ja aamupala. Ei luksusta, mutta hintaansa nähden todella paljon vastinetta.”

”Overall decent stay for what I needed. The room was spacious. The bed was very firm if you like that (a little too firm for me) and my room was decently clean but the bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. I could also hear my neighbors talking pretty clearly at night through the wall. The free breakfast was nice and the staff were super pleasant. I would stay again. ”

”Rooms and hallway were disgustingly filthy and smelled. Beds were clean and ok to sleep on. Floors were a mess. Bathroom was ok. Grumpy’s Restaurant was very good. Very good food at descent price. Someone recommended the Crab Dip Apptz and it was delicious. Ribs too. ”

”Very rude owners and family staffed all rude screamed in my face because I want able to leave at 11 am was 1105 am that I was done cleaning room and gathering belongings to leave .. the desk is judgemental I reserved room with deposit I went to rent room they said no rooms even tho I put a deposit on line that guaranteed me to obtain room ..no refund nothing .will never give my money to anyone who thinks Americans are disgusting . Again ”

”The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was clean, although I could hear water running through the pipes from the rooms above through the wall. Which was loud enough to wake me up and a little unusual.”

”Need more lighting ”

”Never again. The room was okay. The hot tub was COLD and greenish in color. Asked the front desk about it and the lady had an attitude. I heard others asking as well the next day. They ended up closing the pool and the hot tub. We choose hotels based off them having both of these things, yet no apology. No offer to do anything about them being closed. Nothing. Oh and it took 15 minutes to actually get coffee during their free breakfast. Many items were out and it appeared there was one lady...

”Children running up and down the hallway and management failed to rectify because none were present the entire stay. Horrible stay, however nice facilities. ”
