”Never received check in information until reaching out to host multiple times. The property was not cleaned until 4pm, check in was listed as 12. When coming in after the cleaning the house was filthy. There was dirt all over the floor. The beds had a horrible smell and the pillowcases & sheets appeared to not have been changed. There was hair in the beds. The shower was covered in hair as well. The description said soap, shampoo and other shower necessities are provided, they were all...
