”Communication with host, HSH, difficult even before our trip. I had to escalate to VRBO in order to get an explanation of billing charges or a statement. Couldn't cancel without losing all fees.Check-in instructions were inaccurate. Multiple calls to find hallway hidden behind an unmarked door - looked like an apartment.Toilet and shower were not clean. Tiny bedroom with a few inches around the edge of the bed. Curtains pool on the floor too so I had to walk on the curtains and lean sideways...

”Lovely cute apartment, perfect for couples or a family/friends of 3/4 max. Close to a local supermarket and restaurants. Location was perfect, close to metro station and close enough to walk to some major attractions, if youre wanting to get your steps in! I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay for a mini break!”

”When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

”It was not the kind of accommodation that I expected. We were close by the main door and the opening of the door can be heard through our room. People were coming and going. There is no view that can be seen from the place unless you go out of the street The refrigerator was also not working. The duvet or donna cover is old.”
