”Rooms were lovely and the staff were so friendly! x”

”Very pet friendly”

”Clean, comfortable room. Lovely bed.”

”Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time.”

”On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you”

”The Hotel was lovely, and very olde wordly. The Staff were very good in the main, but last nights pie crust was burnt, and there were no published prices for Breakfast, so to get our bill on checkout, and find that I was charged £16 for a sausage sandwich was a bit much, and there was no mention of a 10% service charge for Dinner at all.”

”A wonderful hotel next to the river. Amazing staff and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend. Great location next to the river.”

”Had a lovely stay. This hotel is modern, clean and the staff are friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place. There’s parking literally next door to the hotel which makes everything easy.”

”Superb service, staying there for work, had to leave before breakfast started at 7.30, hotel offered to serve us earlier which other hotels I’ve stayed in have never offered. Superb service, staff could not do enough for you, will definitely stay here again.”
