”Charged me for the entire stay, didn’t allow me to stay because my ID had expired. I’ma traveling project manager and hadn’t even noticed my license expired a few days before. They took my money, refused to refund it and had a terrible attitude about it. I wouldn’t recommend as they make you send copies of your credit card and ID and then make you use an outside source to verify ID that’s when they refused to let me stay because of an expired license. No refund is all they would consistently...

The address given is NOT the address of the property and I had to pull up the picture of the place on the app to compare to figure out that we were at the right location. The owner apparently does not have good relationships with the nieghbors, they were immediatly speaking poorly of her and telling of past customers complaints. The place is very lived in, I feel pretty certain that when the owner gets a reservation that she just...

”Fantastic day! Highly recommend staying there. The host was fantastic and very personable, helpful, and available! It was very clean well appointed in a great spot. There are three flights of stairs but being in our mid 60s, we were able to do it! Don’t let that stop you from staying there. Great location to get on the bus to go to New York City! Very convenient and safe highly recommend staying there.”

”The house itself was amazing, very clean, modern, and the layout was great. When we checked in, we noticed that the showerhead attachment in the master bathroom was broken. So there wasn’t a working showerhead in the master shower unless you held the attachment over your head. I notified the property manager right away and sent pictures. They said that a handyman would be over at 6:30 pm. I told the property manager that we would not be home at that time but that the handyman could let himself in...
