Our light-filled apartment is ideally located on the ground floor with rear patio opening onto a private grassed area with rotunda for an early morning coffee. Enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay with all the amenities you need right at your fingertips.

You will have full access to the apartment, which includes queen-size bed in the main bedroom, a spacious living room with a sofa that can be made up upon request, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony that opens directly to the gazebo. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, family-sized fridge, plus a washer — ideal for longer stays.

You’ll also have access to the complex pool and spacious BBQ alfresco area during your stay.

Before You Book:

Check-in is at 2 pm, check-out at 10 am. As this is a private residential apartment complex there are no luggage storage facilities or Reception to visit on arrival.

• This is a lovely family complex. The apartment is not suited for parties/gathering and does not permit smoking/vaping or pets. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment.

• Daily servicing is available at an extra cost.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please note that a separate signed rental agreement is required, which is permitted under Airbnb policy because we use a fully integrated Property Management System. Security Bond - new Airbnb guests or those with less-than-perfect reviews may be required to pay a bond.
Bonds are handled via Airbnb and returned on departure, provided the property is left as found.

Third-Party Bookings - all bookings must be made by a guest who will stay at the property. No third-party bookings are permitted unless arranged in advance.

Same-Day Bookings - last-minute bookings may result in a later check-in than 2 pm to allow housekeeping to prepare the apartment for you.

Starter Supplies - essential supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, etc.) are provided for your convenience. These are not intended to last the full stay. Local supermarket is a 2 minute walk away to source your favourite brands.

Being directly opposite the beach outdoor furniture and balcony may be dusty despite crew's best efforts.

Australia's famous insects 🌿you might spot the occasional ant, spider, or small lizard—especially in summer.
Regular pest control is in place and insect spray is provided. Just part of the authentic Aussie beach experience!
