SAME-DAY BOOKINGS: Please note that last-minute bookings may require later check-ins to accommodate housekeeping.

STARTER SUPPLIES: In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.

BOND POLICY:
For new Airbnb guests or those with less-than-perfect reviews, a bond may be required. Bonds are handled transparently through Airbnb and fully refunded upon departure, provided the home is left in good condition.
